I love the freeze frames before you die, they are both funny but also informative as "this is the moment I knew I played wrong" as something to avoid, great video as always!
MP7 slaps. Will try it again. And a high kill game for me is anything over 50. But my ping is usually over 130 with frequent lag spikes... Its a tragedy, I know. (okay and I'm just not that good too... probably) Edit: Your speed looks super fast to me..
I’m the same way. I typically only play 32v32 due to my friends ping issues so a high kp game for me is usually only 60 in 15 or so. I’m definitely going to try no armor and just sprint in with this and see how it goes.
what surprises me about this is the high fire rate that one can hold comfortably despite "recoil"... as if it didnt have any recoil at all, one can empty a mag very precisely
1:21 is it just me or battlebit recently feels very weird. sometimes players appears or moves unnaturally. yesterday i had someone come up the stairs right in front of me face to face, then he phased through the wall onto the window on my left side, then continues to phase to the wall behind me. he peeked from the wall and killed me. what happened on the clip is probably MrWong's body phased a little bit into the container, allowing people to shoot at his exposed body, even though actually he's behind cover. i think it started with players appears to move weirdly when climbing the rope.
I always find the cute little death edits so amusing. Also, a little over halfway through it looks as if the audio is a little offset from the video. Just a heads up. Walking Dead comics were better.
I more of a tactical oriented player myself, coming from squad and insurgency and all, but people in my region rarely communicate and they tend to dig in and start camping when the going gets tough, which leads to stagnant meat grinder gameplay. So I have no choice but to pickup and get good with the rushing play style just to get things moving. I do use my higher mobility and speed to target snipers and armor so I actually do contribute to the team in my high kpm role. Also rushing into a group of enemies holding a corner with a self-delete c4 so your chicken shit team can move up is just so satisfying.
I never used the MP7 till i prestiged. This gun definitely is the best SMG. MP5 is a laser with attachments but the fire rate on the MP7 is just too good. I use the same setup but I also use the VAM barrel attachment at times. The little extra velocity is really nice on longer maps.
After watching ur vid on armors I gave the high kpm playstyle a go Got medic with light armor and evo and just rushed in dropping mags It hits different, kda suffers but the amount of kills you get due to finding unexpected flanks goes up
is light armor good for rushdown? you'd think using ranger armor would be the play, do you notice the ammo coming into play with the light armor, or is the walkspeed just better overall?
its the ms that matters, that 5% can be felt acutely the ammo is not an issue as I rush into unwinnable situations get 1-2 kills and die, sometimes getting through on a group of unsuspecting enemies and scoring 5-10 kills
hyperrush is the most fun for me, i managed to get to roughly 2.5 kd, which is enough for me. hyperrush is a bit selfish though because i use other players fighting to evaluate the situation - so im sacrificing them to come on top (instead of camping somewhere and listening to footsteps or whatever) - even hunting snipers is based on those snipers attacking other players
1:20 My educated guess is that you die by being shot in the hands/forearms which were just far out enough for the leaning guy to shoot. A similar situation I had yesterday where I murdered a guy through a window by only shooting his forward hand with my dmr.
I recently did my new record kills with high kpm game type. I feel is so fun when it works, just like the sound of multiple kills is so god dam satisfying
(TL:DR I'm bad git gud etc.) I still enjoy watching a video now and then to see the state of the game but admittedly I gave up on this game. It's clear the game isn't meant for casual players who just want to have a great experience in a low poly shooter. It seems more like a game for players already experienced in shooters and all of the various skill based mechanics (please note: that's not necessarily a bad thing, I have a physical disability that affects my motor skills and have a shit mouse so I can't aim well). There aren't enough mechanics to make supportive styles of play fun for me, I just wind up playing medic/support and trying to help other ppl but usually wind up quickly becoming another kill in someones epic flank. I also wish transport drivers had more of a role kind of like sunderers in planetside 2 but no windows on trucks and spawn mechanics in this game are split up between rally points and spawning on teammates so vehicle spawning is not very useful past edge of spawn. All in all a fun experience if you're well versed in shooter mechanics and have the ability to perform well, however, I do not, sadly. Love the videos tho bro!
This is a very good comment, it gives alot of perspective as to how the game actually plays, I agree that this game caters alot more to people that have played other shooters, the whole 127v127 is very overwhelming for newer players, and people who play a bunch can just rush and C4, I am personally gonna do more thinking about all the techniques that high KPM players use to get super high kill games
honestly as a casual player i feel that immensely. the game is still fun for me while i still have things to unlock, once i hit level 200 i'm not sure what to work for anymore. this game is great for when you want to smoke a bowl or two and pretend to be a soldier in VOIP lmao
I still don’t think it’s even a matter of git gud and more of the games kinda degraded quite a bit. I love watching the game more than I do playing it nowadays but I do still play it with my friends and it’s honestly hard to play solo. It’s become very much of a sweat fest and if you don’t play that way it’s definitely rough. I’m close to prestiging again but I honestly don’t feel motivated to at the moment due to the low choice in servers and shitter players that just make the game unfun.
Would you mind explaining why the short supressor over the long? the horizontal is higher on the short so figured it was worse also doesnt the long reduce the sound more? or does that not matter?
I honestly just don’t think my aim is good enough for those high kill games. I certainly could work on positioning and all too, but when it comes down to it I just miss too many shots (this is really my first mouse and keyboard shooter). Been struggling with the FAL, especially at range. It feels great, but rough to control. I wanna try the mp7 now, but I’ve been liking the p90. The ump, at least pre recent nerf was by far the most consistent I’ve been. Wish they had a KD on each gun cuz I think that could enlighten my choices a bit. Thanks for the great vids. Helps a ton to understand the stats and armor and all. Btw, what are your reload settings and lean keybinds set to? It’s probably bad form, but I got so much better when I put my lean keybinds on my side mouse buttons.
Kd rn is 2.89(dropped since filming pistol only videos, down from 3.01) KPM is 2.7(once again dropped :( ) and WL is 1.1, I have never strived for WL in battlebit apart from 4v4, and overall account accuracy is 25
@@CrypticBlight kinda defeats the purpose of wearing a camouflage, if it makes you an easy target. I like it being an option on custom modes. But having it as an option on official servers on the character loadout makes no sense, since everyone would focus you more. Camo has always been equally fair on both sides, even for good and bad players. And it just makes sense to wear in a game you simulate warfare.
@@joakimes that’s fair. I do actually change my camos depending on the map. Can’t tell if it makes a difference but it’s a game mechanic and can help blend into backgrounds.
@@CrypticBlight It is very effective at the right time, when the enemies are unable to focus away from a big threat. Every part of the brain is being used to make sense of all the chaos. When I go through shadow play from time to time, I often see people laying still in plain sight. And if I start looking for them more, I'm surprised by the amount of people that I overlooked. This made me more aware, I have taken out people hiding a few times, that most likely attempted a big flank w c4. Cant catch them all tho..
Ah the MP7. The gun that carried me to level 70 again and I still use it a lot. Also you probably got this already but how do you have the red and blue team colors?
Farming kills is pointless...if there are 2 teams with medics on each side and you keep killing each other for high score you realy dont give much to the team. A much better solution is to put 2 mines on drone and blow up whole enemy team of 10 stacking players :D (PS... people hate me for doing this as it ruins their fun, but it wins me games)
