Also, I post BF1 clips on my channel, and if you’d check them out and maybe subscribe, I’d appreciate that greatly. But if not, have a wonderful day regardless.
Mein gruß großvater (my great grandfather) fought in world war II on both fronts and survived the whole entire war. He didn't get PTSD. He was just as proud as I am of him to have fought for his people (he was not a N*zi, he sinply lived his country and his people as do I...)
@@thegregitto Respect to him. Its sad how many people nowadays dont know their history and blindly call all German soldiers Nazies. They literally just fought for their lives because if they refused to fight they wouldve been exexuted or put in jail. A German Wehrmacht soldier in the 1940s was exactly as human as an American soldier.
@@jrh7178 exactly, it feels so awful to be one of us and just knoing people figure out your German and think "Nazi piece of s***". And it's mostly Americans too I hate them.
@@thegregitto Both our great grandfathers fought on different sides you see mine in my profile picture British 23rd tank division stuck on Dunkirk beach only to make it onto a boat carrying a wounded friend then Normandy beach landings fighting all the way to Berlin. The only thing i herd him complain about was drinking water with a hint of fuel and the French at Dunkirk... good old boys.

You know something that made this game feel truly special? It's the Battlefield game with the most factions to date. United States, British Empire, French Republic, German Empire, Kingdom of Italy, Austro-Hungarian Empire, Ottoman Empire and Russian Empire. The greatest achievement of this game was to show those many other factions involved in our World Wars, a fact frequently overlooked by Hollywood and the videogame industry
@@santiagovasquezgomez2136 Unbiased in multiplayer, yes. But if you look at the single player campaign you can see that there are only allied stories-1 italian, 1 american, 1 british, 1 australian, 1 beduins, who fought alongside the brits.
Hate it that people were praising that shitty soundtrack saying "it appeals to the game's atmosphere", despite the specialists literally shitting on each other with silly 10 year old jokes at the end of the match
@@mathiasbambaren374 hahaha accurate description of it. For real though I miss when battlefield made you a nameless grunt thrown straight into the slaughter. BfV and 2042 went overboard with the customization and specialists to the point that you don't feel like you're fighting for an actual army anymore.
Not many people realise how close to perfection this games' sound design was. I still remember how hyped up it got me hearing an Italian soldier shout to take the ammo box or the screaminh of soldiers when you were charging towards the next sector in operations... It was awesome
People who play BF since the very first knows BF1 is the best BF ever. Such a perfect game, man. I'm so glad to be alive and be able to play it. It's the perfect BF.
I'm still playing the damn game. I mean, I have Battlefield 5, but you can only be joking if you say that game is more fun. Just go back to battlefield 1, you can still find full servers, and the game is just as fun and magnificent as before.
Yes they did The problem was was dice. The makers and people didn't buy this game at all even took me a while to get into this game and you have to respect it. I didn't respect it off the bat. But now I played this every single day before Any others
I am still playing Battlefield till this day, there are always like 4-10 servers full when I play. I play the whole day operations, I have so much fun and it feels so real when you see everyone fight in the same place to capture an opjective (lol bad english bruh)
I still play it everyday, this game has told so many stories, and i've never had a game where i loved the soundtrack as much as this one, this one hits different! Battlefield made a really special game with this one..
I want to thank the brave warriors who chose this game to fight their battles, for I do not forget when we were defending Amiens and the attack among the branches of nature in the Argonne forest, and the occupation of the Sinai desert within the dust storms, and enjoying the musical pieces that sail you through the horrors of the First World War and you hardly feel like you are playing the game Inside your room, for those who played the game and shared these delicate feats that almost unite us as warriors. Thank you ❤️ for choosing this game , be in peace
Ikr? It just didn't feel like i was fighting to win the match in kaiserschlact operation, it rather felt like i was among the elite Stormtroopers trying as hard as possible to win the war once and for all for the kaiser, same could be said for any side I'd be fighting on either faction during operations.
i remmber how hyped i was in 2017 that i even bought ps4 console just play this game and years later am still playing it in my ps5 this my favorite of fps of all time
Everybody gangsta until the sounds of screaming, bullets and shells in multiplayer aren’t pre recorded background noise, it is literally just people shooting, dying, and shelling.
This ost proves games are definitely on par with the best movie osts today. The chills, feels and memories these sounds give me, its unbelievable. I hope I'll never forget this gem exists, so I can keep on enjoying it.
Hearing this full soundtrack is making me tear up because me and my Dad would play Battlefield 1 and 4 together and have so much fun back when nothing mattered, back when life was easier, back when we didn't have bad political issues, riots, lootings, school shootings, gas prices, high taxes, highly priced cars, houses, necessities, all that shit. The good days... 2014-2017
Also, I post BF1 clips on my channel, and if you’d check them out and maybe subscribe, I’d appreciate that greatly. But if not, have a wonderful day regardless.
Battlefield 1 was my first BF game & it was truly an experience. Playing with nephew, brother & 10+ friends from high school created memories I will always look back on when I think of this game.
One of the reasons BF is so incredible, and rarely anyone mentions it, is the soundtrack. The immersion and emotion. I'll blast this soundtrack on the way to work just to get myself pumped for the day, haha. Johan Söderqvist is an absolute genius.
I'm closer to 50 than 40 so I've heard many a video game sound tracks and this one has to be one of the best. Remarkable from beep boo to this. Awesome.
Great game. Great soundtrack. Goes beyond atmospheric and immersive. Can't explain it, but certain games just suck you in and take you to that world away from where you are. There aren't many that do it like this .. Red Dead Redemption is the same. Incredible score ...
Personally consider this a masterpiece in my eyes. Multiplayer was fun & immersive as hell. Genuinely made me fell like I was taking part in a war, from the screams, constant gunshots, being overwhelmed just the whole package. Even the campaign was really fun and emotional at some points. I genuinely can't say a bad thing about this Battlefield game.
When we are close to winning and you see your fellow soldiers shouting the war cry and rushing into the battlefield. Slowly the main theme music starts playing.. Goosebumps. Best Battlefield game
25:32 Townsend: Our orders are to punch through the german line, destroying artillery positions as we go. Finch. Finch: Yes, sir. Townsend: After that, we'll advance on the french town of Cambrai, Where i have been assured there is wine, women, and song. So you should enjoy that. Finch: McManus wont. Not only the music but the voice acting is also great
Listening to this while doing homework makes you feel like the fate of a massive World War that lasted over 4 years resulting in several year long political revolutions, the collapse of four Great Empires, and a Lost Generation suffering from Immense trauma, disillusionment, and severe PTSD rests entirely on finding the meaning of 3x + 1...
God this game is so underrated. Not a lot of people seem to understand not only how great the game is designed but how it's just a piece of art as well. The multiplayer is ACTUALLY fun and super addicting (minus stupid arty hilltop campers). Operations is still IMO one of the best multiplayer game modes ever created in gaming history. Two armies clashing together in bloody combat…the screams…the gunfire..the machinery… It feels like WAR. Battlefield didn't try to do anything stupid (like with 2042), you are just a soldier, a cog in the war machine, a number, a statistic. There is no one man army, teamwork is valuable and people actually want to play the objective. The multiplayer atmosphere paired with the audio, the visuals, makes for IMO the most immersive FPS EVER created. If people would sit down and play this game and actually see it for what it is, they would love it. Charging through the fields into gunfire while your teammates AI scream as the next sector opens up. Soldiers pouring onto the objective to fight tooth and nail for it. Each team pushing back and forth, fighting for the center ground. Both teams clashing over the last objective and it's a muddy trench slaughter until the end. God this game is truly a piece of art and one of a kind…slowly being lost to history…
Everytime i start this game (yes still amazing) i could feel the emotions that this game set free.. it is brilliant and it will always be in our hearts.. Lost but not forgotten,--
Bf1 and bf5 are great because at the start and near the end of every game the music plays and it kinda boosts the momentum of every player to move forward and fight
I love your BF one you helped me when things were hard took my mind off the world. This score is just beyond recognition. Some songs make me water up but like a soldier into battle nothing to lose. Let's duck them Jerrys up!!
Holy fucking shit 5 whole ass years ago??????? WHAT!!! how. There are kids in this comment section that were born after bf1 released. I remember being so hyped for this game coming out. This game got me into the bf series I can't believe how long it's been God damn
All I want is another banger from EA about WW1 that can top Battlefield 1, because this is literally their best game ever. This shit is what gamers want, not pay to win MMO's or garbage free to play games with endless micro-transactions.
I remember when I was playing first medal of honor and was like "it's impossible to create good looking realistic war game and gather so many players to make it feel good". Many years later I bought BF1 joined 32vs32 server and I was just stuned how perfect it is. Music, sound effects, atmosphere, everything on point. My heart pumping faster everytime starting new map.
There was a lot of unnecessary shitstorm against DICE when this game came out. But I believe that many BF players are reminded how special game it was/is just from listening to its epic OST. BF 4 was also not well received by the player base at the launch. Some years later some players consider it to be the best BF game. A few years later some say BF1 was the best BF game. And some consider BF BC or BF3 to be the best. But I have a feeling that nobody will ever think something like that about BF 5. I mean WTF DICE ?? Make the BF games great again ! Please.
one the of the best games ever made with even better music! wish i could go back to the good old days when it was in its prime i miss those times when life was simple and all you cared about was taking out that sniper, taking an objective and blowing up tanks
This music was the last result of the romantic era music fueled by the war itself. It was the last age of symphony and opera. After music like this symphony would never really evolve again and the symphony and opera today are versions of the past.
