@@AntiSocialElf thank you so much, after re watching your videos a couple more times and reading the helpful comments, I've learn that it is important to use AB when going up and AB when the jet is slow, it is all about the AB management, I can now win dogfights 80% of the time big improvement. also, looking forward for your next video

Press and hold S which is slow down/brakes on pc, and don't press afterburner. And start shooting as early as possible

There is another trick, go up to 500 meter a altitude and come down towards the chopper with an angle, am not sure if you are doing this already or not 😅

yeah I agree, but in my mind the way to be more useful to the team is to have Hydra rockets to also attack ground targets. but its just my opinion/way I play :)
