EA just copied Blizzards model of CoD to Battlefield. And not EA or Dice are to blame for this, but the players themselves. Because sells of CoD are pretty large even with todays quality of game.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SRn5JECT1pg.html The top comment. Never mind, it was by another person. You just copied it word for word, I knew I had a deja vu moment...
Noice, I just started playing this game in 2019/2018. At first, I thought the game felt really hard, I stopped playing the game since I was stuck at this one mission for months, so I went back playing the game again, it was fun, even for an old game, it was great...I stopped again, then yesterday, I played the game, it was too fun for me, but the screen hanged, I was playing on my Xbox 360 btw, It's been like 5 (Or more) years that the Xbox 360 been with my family, so I think that's the problem.
@@loop5720 I haven't played the game for quite a while. The multiplayers are dead now, and I hope DICE and EA does something about it and try to revive the franchise in 2021 or 2022. I wish to have that Battlefield 3/4 vibe again :((
Agreed !!!! Played it on the 360 at this time this atmosphere was very special I loved this Game BF 4 couldn`t reached it`s Atmosphere. BF 3 Forever!!!!
@@faure9369 The maps in the base game were so much worse in bf4. Smg's for engineer didn't work at all and all the bullshit gadgets and grenades ruined close quarters. I'll never understand why anyone would think bf4 is better
Zardoz The irony is that there are so many iconic pieces of video game music. I’d argue more people would recognize the Super Mario Bros. theme than Hans Zimmer’s Dark Knight theme, yet music and cinematography in gaming don’t get the credit they deserve.
Played METRO like there's no tomorrow, sooo many times, what a blast! Lots of fantastic maps, sensational sound design and no internet hate. I miss those days...
this theme is so awesome. every time I booted up, it filled me with an anxious kind of dread. the droning tone, the low reverbing chatter. it felt like I was about to step into a warzone; a calm before the storm before the game sends you off to the combat.
Every year i come here to remind myself how fast time passes by From a child in 2011 to a grown ass man in 2021. Time really moves fast enjoy your moments and days, love your family and be with them and ur loved ones before it is too late. More than just a game ❤️
remember sitting there being a kid with no money, eyeing those booster packs and premium dlc with this ambiance in the background on my old box projector tv. good old times
@@fatwindowmaker1160 i think they were called time savers or something, theyd unlock all of the modifications for vehicles or guns for certain soldier classes
The perfect theme to a main menu... Soft yet unsettling... Perfect for a game about the unsettling nature of modern military combat... The way it should be. The radio chatter effect is a sublime addition! And who could forget the blue sun!
I still can remember every single moment playing this game. Buying the dlc code card and returning home in my dad’s car backsit, emails I sent to EA when my multiplayer crashed... this game has a meaningful share in my childhood. Now, 9years later I’m waiting for my military draft(South Korean). Memories of rushing through the bluish gloomy canal holding an AS VAL will stay in my head forever.
@@LevelHimself not yet man😂 I got into college and now I’m preparing for UDT/SEAL a Korean ver of navy seal. Planning to join the selection after my freshman yr prolly gonna get kicked out in the first week🤣 but still gonna try. Now preparing for my swimming skills:) wish me good luck brother👍🏻
@@user-wb5ul9de2v wow sounds exiting, hope it all works out for you man. Of course, best of luck! If anything interesting happens ill keep my eyes on this comment thread lol
I came back to this video because I found it saved in my notepad app I used when I was in school. 7 years later the nostalgia is still real. I used to listen to this in the background while I was studying for my degree, it was so relaxing yet focusing at the same time - I don’t know why but it helped.
Bro I've legit been watching this video since high school and I'm about to graduate college. I put this music on the background to study and it helps me focus; this shit helps me pass my exams lol
Back when I was a small lad of 11 my older brother introduced this to me as my first ever Battlefield game, that day was a day that I made the best decision. EVER
Coming back to this video so I can hear this music, the same music I'd hear every day I got home from school and waited for my friends to get on so we can squad up and play Rush A toast, to the old days 😔🍻
Am I the only one that is excited for the new Battlefield: Bad Company3 to come out? And yes, I know Battlefield 3 is a sort of sequel of Battlefield: Bad Company2.
2 years later after your comment I'm here to tell you that the new battlefield game which will just be called "battlefield" will be in a modren to near future setting they'll make the world wide reveal trailer next month I hope you're happy now
Mate you’re outta your mind if you think the steam soundtrack and other ones are trash. Especially the Solomon island theme. That is incredible just like the bf1 Turkish theme.
Played this when for so many of my teen years when i had my ps3....hearing this now just brings me back to those loose summer sunset days of playing this game...this feeling of nostalgic
if you want to feel something special then put the headphones set in the room of dark corner close your eyes and feel the Blackburn in a middle of this war..😭😩
Who was glued to the screen for 20 minutes like me? I cannot get enough of this ambient. It has so much feeling and liveliness! I absolutely love it! Also, the main menu's dynamic background just reminds me of everything that is unique and outstanding when it comes to Battlefield 3. It's not only about childhood nostalgia rather a long gone era that worked well and was truly very close to our souls. Now the emotions stay with us for the rest of our lives to be relived though simple videos like this (right before we jump back on to play). It can be considered a tiny thing but at the same time it brings so much more out of people. A complex remembrance that is almost as impactful as BF3 itself and always will be. Thank you for making this btw! ❤
This, the PS3 voice quality and the AH-1Z/Mi-28 engine noise along with the TV-Missile and gunner firing is what I remember so often about BF3... I still miss the friends I made there man, and the game itself ❤
i just played the campaign honestly and that menu hit me each time i got in its just so heavy (when i played it at a young age of 8 i was not allowed to play online so i had fun in the campaign)
One thing I like about bf3 compared to any other military game in the battlefield series or call of duty game is that bf3 included having conflict with iran something that is much relevant to today and not just kept to just obvious conflicts with superpowers like Russia or china only.
Damn..I could keep listening this for hours. I remember that sometimes I liked to remain in the menu for some minutes listening to this, before starting to play
Battlefield 3 marked a turning point in the history of video games. With its near-perfect sound, music, atmosphere and simple, effective gameplay, it created an artistic abyss in the landscape of war games after its passage. Some people didn't notice it, others like me are traumatized by the games that followed.
I certainly hope they have something like this over the menu for BF2042. Music and whatnot is cool, but the military-esque ambience would really get you in the mood, just like it did with BF3.
Too bad it ain't the same dice we all knew . Now it's a whole different team, rumors say that bf6 will not be what the fans are expected to be ,but plays well. Only time will tell.
There was a time when ea allowed rented servers on console. The server tickets were always set to the max no matter the game mode. People liked it that way i guess, except for the defenders on rush. I remember playing a full match defending on Kharg, we held out until the last objective. We went full out, throwing ammo, meds, mines, AT launching out of every possible wall that had by this point been destroyed. Somehow we took out the 999 tickets they started with and i was so fing pumped and boom sleep crash. I backed out to the main menu and went to sleep hearing this
I rememeber playing the operation metro beta over and over again and watching the trailer nonstop I could not get this game off my mind And when it came out Omg I went insane This is the only thing I’ve ever stood in line for on Black Friday for I rememeber telling all my friends I was probably gonna get this over mw3 and it was def the best decision I ever made I played by myself a majority of the time in party chat but I didn’t even care I was really locked in on this game I remember I was on operation metro and my boy was like “bro who’s mic sounds like a warzone rn is that battelfield???” Soon as he heard it he was like damn I might have to get that we spent that whole summer locked in on operation metro Def one of my greatest gaming experiences ever
You were 11 years old, walking home from school. You stopped in the kitchen to grab a bag of doritos and a glass of chocolate milk. You headed upstairs to your room. You booted up your ps3 with bf3. It was double xp weekend, and you joined a conquest match on operation firestorm with your m4a1 holo/suppressor/grip. It was Friday, no homework, and you had nothing but time. Good ol days 😁
Nope, I was 22 in college. I stayed home from class because fuck it, you can just do that in college. I grabbed a bag of doritos and a beer, booted up bf3 for the ps3 and jumped into Rush with my An-94 because I'm not a slimey catfish
