Believe it or not, what you see in this trailer is pretty much every match in this map. They did nothing to make it look better than it actually is, what they show is literally what you get.
I love the squad system and that snipers arent OP. If there were CoD/CS snipers here people would have NO problem killing someone in an extremly long range, one hitting them aswell.
Levelution is just a fucking gimmick. Stop trying to kid yourself, ghosts environment changes are no different from battlefields. Wow, a building fell down....oh, it's just rubble and the map changed a little, and won't change again, sounds like ghost and battlefield too me. Just have fun with vehicles. Ghosts sucks anyway, but battlefields levelution is nothing special.

Also there is a big difference on the levelution between ghost and Battlefield sure a building fell and changed a little bit, but compared to ghost it's nothing compared to a fucking gas station or a wall exploding. Finally a "gimmick" just because a game offers levelution doesn't make it a fucking gimmick its something they added to make the game interesting because imagine these maps without levelution. It would be boring. So Idk what you were thinking but there's a difference
Not really. Bright blue tanks driving through autumnal forests, soldiers parachuting down with giant pictures of Pinkie Pie on their parachute...BF4 was almost as silly as BFV.
Dennis M lol what? Have you seen women fighting next to men at the forefront during the WW2? No. And that’s a fact. The only places women took during the war, was at the back, dealing with communication, support, etc. now look at bf5, when you see thousands of female soldiers on the battlefield. Fifth battlefield is a disgrace to the veterans of WW2. And the whole history.

@Flare i beg to differ, bf1 while not completely accurate, is not meant to be a simulator, being accurate isn't what makes a game good, its the game itself, also you're saying bf3, and bf4 are garbage aswell? Even though they're some of the most praised battlefield titles
Really want to go back to where I was in high school playing this everyday after school with my one good bud and then stay up so late on the weekends, man I miss those times

Me too man. I was a master at little bird. Once I racked up 27 kills without dying in an IFV on Golf of Oman. I was using a special amplifier for increased bass with my Razer Electra with a chilled room and explosions all around. The standout was the audiop design. Such good times. I hope BF6 will be beyond amazing.
@J austin 10 It was definitely a good game. But recently going back to both BF4 and BF1, I prefer BF4. I'm personally a little tired of shooters set in those older time periods.
3000 ticket Locker is crazy man, you either have fun spawnkilling or like every normal match whoever locks down C wins. The other half is you having a shitty time getting spawnkilled unless they get too hungry and go out of bounds. That’s when you get em. Then you got Boring Siege. No Paracel Storm
the only thing wrong with battlefield for me (PS4) is the rubberbanding on conquest servers. other than that I think this game is great ( with the exception of minor bugs)
I'll tell you another thing that happens in this game that this video doesn't show....freezing, rubberbanding, glitching, and a whole lot more...brokenfield 4
I love how in Battlefield trailer, they just exactly how the game looks like, after watching this trailer and played BF4 for years, this trailer show exactly how is the gameplay. that said, i have high expectation about BF1!
Is this BF vs COD rivalry still a thing? You'd think people would have moved past it already. Both COD and BF are great games with good multiplayer. COD for fast-paced live, die, repeat action, BF for vehicles and sense of scale. It's okay to like both games guys.
7 years later and still not a single game has been able to recreate the same feel as this one. Say what you want but the gameplay and the feel of the weapons beats most games of today. Not even modern warfare feels the same. I haven't found a game to replace this. As long as it's still active, then I'm gonna continue to play it
+capten_sweg I came here because this was a proper trailer. I really dislike the fact that there is not Battlefield Main Theme used in the Battlefield 1 trailer (except for the first few seconds, but that doesn't count). But it's not only the fact that the trailer is missing the Battlefield theme, it is that the music in the trailer is a modern song even though the game is set in the early 20th century. Even though I like Seven Nation Army, I even more hate the fact that they used a freaking remix of that song. It was Call of Duty's thing to use modern music in trailers, but having modern REMIXED music in a Battlefield WW1 trailer just disappoints me. The Battlefield 3 teaser back then didn't show any proper gameplay at all, but it still had the Battlefield theme which made it epic. I don't want to hate on Battlefield 1, I'm still looking forward for proper gameplay and the beta, but until that I won't be hyped or excited for it (which is also because it still only features 64 player (it's freaking 2016 DICE!), the high price, +20$ for Deluxe Edition which will feature freaking Battlepacks which I don't really like either and many more...) Well yeah, I came here to watch a proper Battlefield trailer... Maybe I just focus too hard on the small things like the soundtrack and stuff. The majority still enjoyed the trailer, so it can't be as bad as I think... eh?
I played this game for 10 years now. This map is ahead of its time. When the storm kicks in the whole atmosphere of the game changes instantly. Even with the crashing ships and rough waters. The elements all change. Something the future battlefields will never touch again unless they hire the veterans.
Aqua7ix / HoR_Rathalos i remember when i was a little kid and i used to play bf1942 on a shitty laptop and i loved it. Then i got a ps3 and i started playing cod and sometimes bf3. Then bf4 came out and i bougt it. I was dissapointed bcus of the bugs but now its a great game. Saving up for ps4 for real next gen shit. Still bf3 is better than bf4
everyone please lets go back to battlefield 4 let BFV and BF1 die revive the ultimate battlefield servers are up and overcrowded, let those bastards at EA know what we want
What I love about watching back all these old gameplay trailer videos is that you can see so many differences between today's patched up BF4 vs when it was new before patches. Freshly made out of DICE's kitchen.
The music made this trailer badass...good days on this map going 47-0 in the dv-15 using active protection, TV missile, 30mm for other boats or infantry, burst canon for helis.
Can't believe it's been 10 years since this game came out. I have so many good memories of this game. And this trailer still holds up even 10 years later
To the creators of Battlefield I just wanted to say you make great games I love them and keep the good work up and btw your game is wayyy better than CoD Ghosts
Wow, that brings back memories of the best BF game ever made, and to think today we have that BF2042 which is an inferior game in every way imaginable... DICE should really look back at BF4 to plan the next game of the franchise.
Out of all the maps in this game, nothing beats the atmosphere as a foot soldier in Paracel Storm. Hearing the sound of the siren before the storm and the claps of thunder as it is approaching in the middle of a gunfight is just ear candy…

DarkMoon309 Oh don't make up things. The game never went so low to the point where things like that happened. Sure, the netcode isn't at it's finest, but having a perfect netcode with the goals DICE set for BF4 is far from being easy. They already apologized, and the game itself is great. Stop whining.
YTLyricsMaker nope, i am not making things up . Search youtube - BF4 broken netcode. You get killed when you are behind 3 layers of wall. So Yes, this game did go so low to the point where things like that happened all the time. Sure, the netcode isn't at its finest, but at least, it should be decent. I am not asking for a 10/10 netcode, but this game netcode is like a 3/10 . What is the goal that DICE set for BF4 ? I am sure, a decent netcode is not on the list (which it should be). How can an unfinished game be great ? It is like a saying " Man, this uncooked meal is so delicious"
DarkMoon309 That's not only the netcode. I am quite positive that there are other problems at hand which cause such events. Why? I've spent a bit over 110 hours in BF4 so far, and I haven't experienced any sort of major issue with the netcode, at all. The netcode at it's lowest is decent. I'm pretty sure that even the small things, like sharing the same waves among all players isn't easy to code and create. So, cut the devs some slack. "How can an unfinished game be great?" I've been having a decent amount of fun on BF4. Not sure what you're talking about. I know EA probably rushed DICE on the release of the game, and that there were a lot of bugs, glitches, and issues, but quite a handful of the community is just whining and making it a bigger deal than it is.
