@@maxwellhatkow6209 There's a video he put out a few weeks back.. where you can see him take out 3 guys then pulls out his pistol to kill a medic reviving and you can see what appears to be an "aim lock" out of frustration (watched it in slowmo over and over .. hate to say it after all these years but he hacks). I've watched his stuff for awhile too.. most things you can claim "sound" etc but there are many times where his movements, where he looks and how he plays makes no sense. I want him to play Squad because there are no excuses in that one.

Can you spectate teammates (not just during killcam) in battlefield these days? I mostly play Team Fortress 2 and they removed spectating years ago. It's almost impossible to know if your teammate is cheating if they're being subtle about it.

@@CIARUNSITE You can spectate, both teams. Theres a guy on yt called John Flindt who posts spectating vids of cheaters. And when you see actual cheaters Ravic looks absolutely normal.

Yep. My boyfriend used to be a speaker gamer till I got him a really good pair of studio headphones and he was forever changed. He was like "Holy fuck I can hear people long before I can see them!" And I just said "Eeeyep. Footsteps in many games (barring maybe Apex cause the audio is fucked sometimes) are super loud when you get good quality headphones or IEMs." But yea I always tell people to use headphones. A literal game changer.

It doesn't take much to reach that meme status these days because everyone who plays for more than a few hours thinks they're the greatest player ever and only a hacker could beat them. The reality is they don't know jack about tactics, pattern recognition, or the simple fact that tracers work both ways. They run out into the open constantly with no thought of cover or concealment. They don't recognize obvious player movement patterns on specific maps. And they fire first when they don't have a clean shot and give away their position. Then they keep going back to that same position over and over again, and have the nerve to whine in the chat *_"how did he know where I was? only a hacker can do that."_*

To kill a "hacker" is a great honor.

I'd say it depends on whether you're on controller or keyboard and mouse If on KbM it's just a muscle memory thing, You control the pattern and track at the same time If on controller it's more of a track then shoot situation due to analog sticks kinda lacking some potential, burst fire always because heavy recoil guns won't hit shit when tracking and spraying

@@meowxeno I use mouse, but I think I focus too much on recoil control and so my tracking suffers, I suppose if your practise enough so the recoil control comes naturally then you can just track without thinking about recoil. Another question I’ve been asking around is if it is better to focus on the crosshair when tracking, or to look at the enemy and try to line it up with the centre of the screen, without looking at the crosshair too much

@@thebulletkin8393 My best advice is to ignore recoil and track for the most part, Very few guns have any at all and would require focus on controlling them, Aim center mass and shoot, If they're on the move is when the recoil problem may come into question Point click essentially, Bullets usually go where the crosshair is

My movement keys are ESDF so everything else is shifted one key to the right.

Take away from 2042? No not really it's more of a concern regarding how all things are tied together. Like are all the Portal custom created games/servers hosted on the same server clusters as the official Battlefield 2042 servers DICE will have up? Or will those be separate ( doubt it ). The whole concept/idea of the Battlefield Portal is massive when you try to think about everything associated with it. The system that is high level to allow general users to "mod" the game, system to prevent built in stat padding, all the systems related to displaying the servers ( server browser? ), filter systems for inappropriate game/server names, systems to prevent trap/troll servers, report systems, I could go on for quite a while but keep in mind this Portal is probably all developed and supported by the smaller DICE LA team. It would definitely take away from Battlefield 2042 if they instead made it so it was only a remastered thing for all those games, it kind of is but because it's focus is more about custom modes/modding the game variables it's like a big distraction that will have no core or main aspect of that everyone will gravitate towards like a preset game/server template that everyone wants to run. For example imagine it was BC2 or BF3 remastered so all those older gun play and game mechanics but on a newer version of the engine and maps updated. People still play BC2 and BF3 so making a newer version of either would be like a dream come true and something that would really appeal to players if Battlefield 2042 had any faults for them to reject it for something they like more for nostalgia or obvious reasons. I would think it has great potential for a lot of things but how far can they actually go with the Portal? With all the guns and weapons already available to it plus what is already in Battlefield 2042 how many other guns, weapons, vehicles can they add later down the road before they hit those console limits? There is plenty more to be concerned with but a lot of it is really just unknown because we lack information.
