It was pretty damaged. Probably tried to jump out and got killed.

@@tatu5539 it wasnt even damaged tho. It was at full health the engine was just damaged so they thought it was immobilized. One quick repair in the drivers seat fixed it.

every match I join is filled with sweaty pros hiding with camouflage, one shotting me etc. these people seem like bots on easy mode in comparison!

You guya guys gotta remember just because they post good gameplays doesnt mean they always have those kind of games, they post the 3-5 good games they have from like 6-7 hours of recording

Not at all, I'm a battlefield veteran, BF2, 3, 4, 1, I've played them all for a long time, and I usually rank quite high on the leaderboard, 5 just seems, different to me, I suppose the disappearance of the icons above enemies will take a while to get used to, and, yeah, that makes sense, ravic is cherry picking his best moments

Modern Warfare unironically did this early on (so did some other fps' at the time) so you ended up where some games shotguns are worthless garbage past 15m but in battlefield they have actually good range.)

Well with BF5 it's a bit weird. There are quite a few out there but the average player doesn't seem to notice the signs so the ones I've hunted often times go completely unnoticed by the people in the server round after round. So you could say the complaints are warranted but they're usually wrong with their target or accusation.

@@Ravic Isn't that usually the case tho? That joe average doesn't know the signs of a real hacker, so throws out hackusations at anything that they 'think' is outside the realm of normal? I thought that was the norm for all games? I got haccused back in BF3 on console, for 'no recoil' hacks on the suppressed M9, and for 'aim hacks' with my sniper 870. Still got the messages in my inbox.

99% are false reports from morons who don't understand that shotguns kill in one hit at close range or who automatically report every top 5 player

@@jtnachos16 Like I said it's a bit weird with BF5. In BF1 and BF4 yes I would agree with what you said because FairFight was auto-banning when it flagged a player. In BF5 they apparently have that turned off and are doing manual bans on players that get flagged. So there are a lot more in BF5 than I ever came across in all of my player time in BF1. It's both a problem and not a problem because they suck at the game, "help" doesn't change that but they still have an advantage that any legit player wouldn't have so there is an increase in players getting random'd aka killed by some absurd way. However in BF5 because of the lower TTK people don't even notice the subtle differences so a lot of BS gets shrugged off. So the complaints are warranted in a way because it's hurting the overall experience.

@searchoverload nah, esp. bf4 nurtured this with it's bullshit netcode and bugs, some of them are still in bf5. for example the health bug which shows you at 100% is still in bf4. you die with a single shot, so you assume they are hacking. same shit with the damage staggering. since bf4 is one of the worst games when it comes to cleaning up the memory, there are quite a few funky things happening. one of them is the issue, that bf4 likes to note damage ticks done to you, but is overloaded and "forgets" to calculate them on you. this means you get +X hits, while none of them are subtracted from your health. a couple of shots later, they are and you get killed in one or two shots. you will notice that from shots dealing more damage than possible (e.g. small caliber guns deal more damage, than they could do even with the HS multiplier applied.) or on the other way around, you fire a single shot and get points for 2-4 bullets. as always, best game ever made.. lol. fyi: the term netcode is nearly exclusively the issue with memory leaks and server side calculation issues and is not impacted by latency issues at all, which is what most people assume, include "pros" like BFnonsense. i can play with running my cable at 110% of its standard capacity (thanks battle.net) and still play lagfree/ with the same problems as if i play with 5% cable load..

Yeah im pretty good at Battlefield so i get my share of hackusations, its a badge of honor to get one.

There is an actual hack that unveils the entire enemy teams position to everyone on your team, you can find footage of how it works on RU-vid. It has multiple stages too as it can display the outline, name tags and health bars too.

Especially when ravic was using it

Im fine seeing somebody better than me, but im no good seeing hackers around. Im not those people who accuse everyone of hacking, unless they are shooting every paratroopers out of the skies right after they jumped from the plane
