The devs and marketing put women soldiers into the game. A lot of people were rightly annoyed because it’s historically inaccurate and feels like they’re poking fun at history and being too cartoony with the entire presentation of the game. The devs told the entire player base that they’re on the wrong side of history for not supporting their choice of putting women into the game. A lot of players didn’t buy it because of that.

The Lewis bit must have seemed fishy af, head shots for days.

I don't know it's basically trying to make the best out of really shitty animations. Both BF1 and BF5 have terrible first person weapon running/movement animations. They aren't consistent because so many different variables affect them so syncing them from one clip to another can be a real pain editing-wise. I do miss older simpler animations that were consistent in previous Battlefield games, I had some great syncs in BF3 and BF4 because of that. Also something to note, third person running animations are getting worse with DICE trying to make them "more realistic" which makes for some pretty inconsistent tracking when their heads and upper bodies bob around like one of those wacky inflatable guys. Battlefield is an arcade shooter, the only people who notice those "realistic animations" are the ones that find it annoying.

Nit to mention getting rid of assignments pretty much. Guess they don't have the tech. Then again they've been updating BF1, adding all on steam. IDK why they couldn't add team balancing and switching b4 throwing it in. Tho I see that the cash shop still runs and operates perfectly... 🤔🤔🤔

You can change the controls now so that crouch will slide when sprinting. Don't remember how but you change a few things in options and then have two keys do the same thing, I think.

@@Ravic thanks for the info, I'm on console so it's not quite the same. Though the option setting to do it is double tap to slide, you can turn it off to just press once to slide. For those out there that cant find it. Thanks ravic! Love the vids

Legitimately haven't played it on BFV, there's never a US rush server up when I'm on.

Meanwhile I'm still missing shots in a quarter of that range, even using the dot on mini map on tanks and somehow I'm always way over or under ranged. I've gotten good with a lot of projectile weapons through practice but the fking piat still eludes me!

i would still pick Both B and C option!. Fighting ravic is only a challenge possible to beat if you train enought. Tanks from out of bounds or MMgs mowing you down from across map cant be countered EVEN if a low life newbie says the can Probably just another cheater who toggles to win MMGs needs a nerf for long range :( Snipers needs their 89 dmg range back!

Well.. we all knew from the start of the games release that it wouldnt last for that long. It wasnt living up to the expectations of lets say BF3 or BF4 :(

I didn't go back to BF4 when BF1's content development support ended and I didn't go back to BF3 when BF4's content development support ended. It's extremely unlikely I would go back to a game that DICE won't reference or use as a base for the next game. For some it's fine to stick to an old game as I know of quite a few comp/pro players that were terrible at BC2 and BF4 and went back to BF3 because they couldn't adapt to BF4. However for me it isn't useful to play in the past, it's a bit like handicapping yourself or your ability to improve ones skill at a game.

@@inceneration Oh that is easy. I was introduced to BF1942 at a lan where we switch between it, CS, SWBF ( original ) and BF1942:Desert Combat.

Thats really easy to find out....

You probably need to watch from a PC or if you are need to manually select a higher quality setting because it looks quite good at the 4k setting. If you are on mobile or something with limited bandwidth then there isn't anything anyone can do to fix high contrasting textures in videos on YT for your situation.

Ravic, it was only noticeable in a few clips on mobile. Probably just a problem on my end, great video nonetheless
