Awesome tips man. Just some more for newer players/those that don't already know: -Yoda's dash will go through blocking heroes -Kylo's third hit in Frenzy will go through a block which also allows you to get 1 extra normal swing in right afterwards -Luke's Epic Center card will go through blocking heroes which is great for stopping health regen -Hero star cards that increase the area of effect will actually increase it's range; the only exception is Dooku's lightning stun -When going against an Iden, instead of trying to dodge her stun droid you can just jump in the air and take the stun mid-air so you won't have a ton of damage done to you -As a lightsaber hero, you will strike slightly faster tapping R2/RT as opposed to spam pressing the button -Your lightsaber strikes won't lock on to enemies while spam striking, you need to press it with timing -Anakin's Attraction card was purposely nerfed to make enemies more unpredictable with where they land; without the card it's much easier to know where they will land -If you hold down Heroic Might for just a fraction of a second instead of tapping it like a regular ability, your odds are significantly reduced of the ability bugging out -As Kylo with a high enough sensitivity, you can jump over a blocking hero and turn just enough to get a pull/freeze in -As Obi-Wan, if you use Mind Trick on a Grievous using Unrelenting Advance; it will usually prevent the Grievous player from cancelling their ability which allows you to get an easy kill or at least do damage -Obi-Wan's star card that extends his mind trick ability by 1.4 seconds is actually bugged and has a higher chance of the ability not working; where enemies can still use abilities while Mind Tricked
Everyone knows these tips. These youtubers cant give actual tips only for noobs because their skill level is average. Thats why you should watch people's videos who have actually over 2000 hours in the game and learn from them, not from these clunky console players who think they are some kind of pros.
Another tip from the light side: Obi-Wan mains might know this already. But his dash does go through blocks, you just need to skim his lightsaber against the side of the enemy. This is great for countering Dooku’s, but like I said, it only works when the side of the enemy/villain is skimmed. It takes a few times to get it down, but if you’re able to get it right, it’s very affective. His dash also counts as two hits, so when someone is at low stamina, get his dash, head towards them, skim their side, and it will count as two hits.
@@thegoldengamer9315 the empire was op before she came in, at-st most of the heroes are better then the light side heroes, adding her just made it worse
@@Ryan-zr4fj yeah the isb agent double your effort is better than yodas precense just let that sink in and she has quicker melee attacks and reveals enemies to her team as well if the isb was a hero she would be the thing in hvv that would make darkside op combined with iden.
A little change that they made to chewbacca that no one knows that there was a star card that gave him a 50% Bonus Dmg to Melee swings which was pretty Unique And Awesome. btw they took it away...
Grievous is the silliest hero in bf2. I mean come on. You have a spider mode, a physics-defying leap, and theres not even a way to pull out all four lightsabers and use them. Like give him a duelist type ability. Grievous was bungled right from the start.
Lol knew everything except the vader jumping one. I've been playing from launch and that made me laugh from surprise. Its crazy how you can still learn things after 2 years
I finally got a great pc and got this game on sale on origin....console players were cheated. This game is so much better with mods. I don't understand why they limited the maps so much with phases and etc. on console the maps are actually great sized and I absolutely love playing with Commander Cody and the airborne troopers.
@@mairuzo did you select SWBF2 in your configuration? Also you have to launch the game using Frosty everytime if you want your mods to work. If you are doing both of those, is your game not starting or crashing on start up?
I remember seeing my health go straight up almost instantly. For the past like 5-10 minutes I was trying to figure out what it was, or if I found some glitch. Good to know! Haha
Nice vid dude. I think I have been healed by the ISB agent less than 10 times ever. It seems more likely people will wait in the spawn lobby for the hero to die so they can have a go rather than healing them.
Love your content man, and Im glad Im not the only Chewie fan in this game. 1. Has anyone else been experiencing a lot of lag in the game lately? I'm having trouble even playing. 2. Heres a tip that is almost exclusively for complete newbies. Mauls throw will catch enemies if they walk into the choke area after you activate the ability. Its not like Vaders choke where you have to sort of grab them.
Just came in to Battlefront 2. I have been playing star wars games since a long time, i was a good player in jedi outcast and in jedi academy but then went to university and start travelling a lot so no time for this games. The force is strong and the pandemic joined myself and you guys once again! Thanks!
Yes you should do the jump choke with vader. If you bunny hop with it you can get 2 free jump swings and a saber throw. Which is enough to nearly one shot a hero.
Hey Bazaar great video! Ofc i watched it the day it came out but i decided to give it another watch and i was wondering what’s the background music? seems pretty chill
I am still testing this but last night I was playing as obi wan and I was up against a pretty aggressive grevious and he kept using unrelenting advance so I tried to parry it and it worked he died and I won the round I was hoping you could shed some clarification on this.
That thumbnail though I actually remember *when* Chewbacca was op I maimed him lol he was my fucking favorite turn on his double damage ability with his cards and oooh it was so fucking good
Coincidentally I just played Palps yesterday and my max health was at 400 Then all of a sudden I could regenerate to full again and was wondering why Now I know
Aim assist actually ruins play for me sometimes. It's the worst when I'm using the TL-50 alt fire as either Iden or the heavy and someone runs past your screen and the game thinks "this is now the target" when I was aiming as a specific part of the wall to splash the person I want to hit. The aim assist takes over and then makes me shoot the ball 10 feet in front of my intended spot because it arcs downward, and my initial aiming took that into consideration. Being unable to turn this off is continuously frustrating.
