Brief discussion on the best way to level up new Mechwarriors in BATTLETECH. Recently lost a Ronin Mechwarrior and took on two additional Mechwarriors. I recommend taking on lower level missions and completing as fast as possible. I also recommend putting your new/low level Mechwarriors in ranged Mechs to keep them safe.

Glitch got an event in the early part of my campaign which caused her to have low morale for like ...17 days. It has now been like...8 months time, & she still has the low morale. Everytime she uses precision shot, she use more morale than other characters. Is this a bug??? How can I remedy this?? Still learning all the little nuances of the game

Good question and I believe it's a bug - I have the benefit of having high morale for over 100 days even though I was only supposed to have it for 14. I'll look around but I'm not sure if there is a way to fix it unless you can get her to High Spirits. Also, I'm not sure if there is something else that impacts it - like if you have deploy multiple times. If I come across an answer, I'll let you know!

I'm 200 weeks in, didn't have a casualty since mission 2 when I lost Medusa. Then I lost Glitch and behemoth in subsequent missions off crazy headshots
