I do think we should try and deal with cards like RP law but the problem isnt RP law, the reason sakazuki got banned was because he could cycle with his ability and fuel his black cards with the stuff he was discarding. The reason we see RP law currently as a problem is because he has so many cards that support him that it makes it almost unfair for other decks, and the reason they cannot ban the cards that support RP law is because they were not meant to support RP law they were meant for other decks, like gordon and raise max were meant for RP Uta, and black maria come OP08 was meant for decks like Purple Kaido and the new King leader. I believe that cards should be leader or type locked, like black maria only works with Animal Kingdom Pirates leaders, and stuff like that. That is what can bring balance to RP law

Ppl that play R/P law are the biggest losers. The leader effect should only work if they bottom deck something, they shouldn’t be able to just get to play characters for free off shambles it doesn’t make any sensen
