Another thing about Jagando and Dragon Ball is that Jagando's backstory is actually a parallel to Piccolo in Dragon Ball. The original Demon King Piccolo was defeated by Goku in the original Dragon Ball, but before his death he spits out an egg that soon grows up to become Piccolo Jr, who despite his evil nature ended up joining the good side. Just like Jagando and Jagando Jr.

to answer your question about cancan's damage while cursed: its damage comes from raw stats, not abilities, so cancan's damage doesn't get affected by curse.
@@aboi2272 extra bounty isnt affected by curse. abilities targetting trait like slow, freeze, knockback, massive damage, tough,... would get disabled for the enemies, warp & toxic gets disabled too
Hey Matt! I recommend trying to beat Stories of Legend in 2, 3, and 4 stars. Your units are definitely strong enough, and in the end, you will get 3 more platinum tickets and a new special unit! It is like Awakened Bahamut, but it does massive damage to relic!!!!
I think you should start doing 2* sol as if you beat 2* you get a platinum ticket. Also, if you beat all of stories of legend in 4* you face idi which helps a lot in ul. However, it'll probably be really boring. I'm trying to do this and it's really really grindy. So, you might be able to stream it and people can watch you steamroll through many many levels.
Personnaly am doing 4 crown by 4 crown like i finished sol in 1 crown so i redo the chapter 3 time each time with a dofferent crown level untill it done.
You should use mami the uber more often. She is Aphrodite, but for angels and as a bonus, she has a musket. Also the winged pigge (angel) that you fought is very annoying since it weakens your cats by 90 PERCENT. And it also has a crap ton of health. Proffesor cat is also very good since it weakens the enemy by FREAKING 99 PERCENT!!! In true form, it has decent speed with only 300 range. However, he also has surge that can hit anywhere on the mal from the range of 150 - 1050 which might be inconsistent, but the fact that it has such a powerful weaken with a 6 sec attack rate. It also has singe target, but it's lvl 1 surge can are attack. His weaken lasts for 5 secs. Hope this information helps you and pls play more tabs. I like the goofy units with muskets

@@clamidia7729 warp blocker is just how the ability is labeled in game. What is does it makes unit immune to warp. Warp blocker does not protect units behind it like wave blocker.

Dogumaru seems to be based on the shakouki-doguu, small clay dolls crafted thousands of years ago in ancient Japan. Some people believe aliens visited ancient Japan, and these dogū were formed in the aliens' likeness. Same stuff the pokémon Claydol is based on. It being a Relic thus makes sense.
Benkei wasn't able to kill the Winged Pigge the first time because it has the ability to 90% weaken your cats and the omnistrike helps it reach further away. Also I always pronounced Dogumaru like Doggomaru, it just felt like it made more sense to me 😅

If you see any red snakes in a stage, always assume it’s super boosted. They rarely appear in stages so when they do they’re really op. Love your videos and keep up the great work, Matt!
Fact: At 13:49 Winged Piggie doesn't do waves, if the waves are purple, they are from your cats, if the wave attack is blue, then it is from the enemy.
It is sorta based off of doreamon which is a japeense cartoon about a robotic cat from the future who helps a boy succeed in life. You can tell by the name and the bell it has in the second form. However, the second form has ears while doreamon’s ears got bitten off by rats.
Dogumaru is a pretty mid tanker since most traitless enemies have strong stats and will kill it pretty fast compared to other tanks. It immediately dies to anything that isn't traitless. It's also lacking good damage or abilities to get enemies off of him except for peons. You're better off using pretty much any tanky uber or Epicfest uber, except for a few only traitless stages like No Return Flights for when you do starred Stories of Legends.
Matt, Curse doesn't weaken cats, it just removes the target trait abilities (ex. Massive damage to black/Resistant to floating) so can can just cannot slow red and alien enemies anymore

Matt just a suggestion, don’t use units that can get cursed against relics. Even if they’re in your load out it’s better to save money then spam units that’ll die right away. Hope this helps and keep up the good work!
@@huang111 yeah the curse disables abilities but if your unit doesn't rely on abilities, it can still do pretty well. But there will be no massive damage or immunity or strength or whatever.
@@TheMattShea depends on the stage and unit really, even so things like pizza are still amazing when cursed. Saying you shouldn’t use units that can be cursed just because there are relics isn’t good advice. Also immunities aren’t affected by curse
Your strat actually helped me overcome this stage… I only had 1 or 2 hits left on my base when I finally knocked back the final dogumaru… but a victory nonetheless! Thank you!
@@AgentDixton I beat urs and fenrir a few days after dogumaru without using any continues, with the help of lasvoss, Balrog, and master uril. If you have metal cat, or a long ranged sniper unit, then the stage is quite easy.
A Tip for you, Matt. If you get Prof. Cat Jobs to full level, he will be able to summon surges, and since he has such a powerful Strength Down, he can make bosses feel like squeaky toys.
Can Can isnt really effected by curse as curse only rmoves their ability to slow red (or alien if you have the talent) and that's it. as Curse only removes abilities that effect enemies like slow, weaken, resist, massive damage. Also use Doguemon as it's one of the few evo special units to gain stats in the evo form. And can can at level 50 deals 60750 but with max atk talent it deals ~73k

Hey Matt! I think you should bring ultimate Catman into UL levels from now on, starred aliens are about to be EVERYWHERE and they will be really buffed so he'll be very usefull in relic and alien combo levels.

Matt, you should try and get Idi:N. In order to get Idi:N, you have to complete all starts of SoL and then after you complete the 4 stat Laboratory Of Relics. It will become an invasion just like Filibuster and Jagando.
Dogumaru is kinda meh, especially since you have stuff like Shadow Gao. The only use I could think of Dogumaru for you would be No Return Flights 4*, but let's be real you're not going to be doing that anytime soon lol. Regarding how curse works, curse disables effects - stuff like freeze, slow, resistant, insane damage, etc. However, cursed cats (and enemies) can still use abilities - stuff like savage blow, cc immunities, strengthen, etc. So, cats like Can Can, Balrog, Cats in the Cradle, and any other stat-based unit will have little to nothing changed if they are cursed - in the case of Can Can, it can't slow reds/aliens. Also, Lasvoss is one of those ubers you need to max to lvl 50 and fully talent to work properly (Yukimura and Balrog are more useful examples of that - you really need to boost and talent those two Matt). Lasvoss is quite situational, but wow, can he pack a punch - over 1mil damage! However, to achieve that level of power, you need to have Lasvoss at just the right amount of HP for his strengthen to activate, and you have to hope his savage blow procs as well. These factors drag him down quite a bit, but even then he is incredibly powerful, definitely worth those 6 more epic seeds you'll need to grind. oh also, I think the length is fine! (that's what she sa-)
Hey matt, curse only prevents your units from slowing/kb/freezing/weakening enemies. So if can can is cursed, red enemies can no longer be slowed by that can can. Damage is unaffected
Yes, kamakura is from dragon ball, and In his evolved form (and maybe true form I’m not sure), he is holding the black star dragon balls from DBZ (if you don’t know what those are, those are the small balls with stars in them.)
I really like watching your Battle Cats series. I play on my phone and I'm trying to get the true forms on all my special cats, I unlocked the Aku Realms, Got Kai's true form but I only have 60 NP, I'm up to intrepid cats in SoL, the last Uber I got was Kalisa (Galaxy Girls).
