Yeah they're super annoying they get involved in fights they cant handle then when you defend yourself and they cant even get 1 kill on you they spam you with messages calling you trash/hacker. They're even more annoying than the wannabe tryhards at times.

I am a barcode too so, now modders have to write my name in like a piece of paper or something so they can remember my name and no one is so patient to do this
I kill griefers, and they tend to recognize me. Barcodes and the tryhard "uniform" with the facepaint and white hair have a purpose. It makes you appear more anonymous. On xbox the way I recognize barcodes I had issues with before, is I just block them. If I see one in game then I go to the phone and try to text them, if there's no send message option i check if I have them blocked. If I have them blocked I shit on them. My blocked list is more of a hit list.
