Battling with Anxiety, clutter and my changing life / What is coming next on my channel
The last few months of my life have been a world wind! I have moved twice,
I am working on blending a family, finding a way to support myself financially and gives me freedom to handle our children and what makes me happy and calm. Anxiety can be an unexplainable experience. Your mind has so much power. If you are not in a good state of mind it effects everything around you. When my anxiety is at its worst so is my home! The clutter collects and I feel swamped. I have been at the end of my rope for the last few weeks but I am starting to settle in and feel like myself again.
I felt like I needed to let you in on what has been happening on my end. I will discuss how I have been dealing with my anxiety in a future video.
