Another thing to note too, is that there is actually a hollow space underneath the red latches where you can use those sides as handles in case you need two hands to carry your box in case it's a little on the heavy side.
Thanks for the review. I have this same setup with all 5 pieces. It seems ok for now. However, after bringing it home I noticed that 2 boxes were broken/cracked. Im not sure of the longevity of this set. I returned them for new ones. We'll see how they hold up. I tried leaving this review on the harbor freights website, but they screen reviews and decided not to post mine. If you choose this set, examine them carefully at the store before bringing them home.
This is the same system as sold in Menard's stores under the "Masterforce" brand. And yes they probably do interchange, although the Masterforce seems more expensive.

I think it is exactly the same as MasterForce and made by the same company. Sams Club was selling a 3 piece set under Tactix brand for $52 on clearance -- I bought 3 yesterday at my local warehouse. The website is now showing them sold out. All are exactly the same except for colors, at least that is how it appears in photos. I am going to go try mine at HF to see if they combine.
@@WildernessPreacher I compared the ones I bought at Sams yesterday a bit more closely to photos and videos of HF and they are slightly different. The ones at Sam's do not have weather seals and may not be as big HF and Menards. I may take mine over to HF and see if they can work together.
@@WildernessPreacher thanks for the input. Looking for a storage system that will survive a cross country move in the uhaul. I think I'll give bauer a shot.
