Welcome to Day 1 of our Girls Trip in Oregon! I’m meeting up with @DigPlantWaterRepeat and @InTheGardenWithClaudia for three days of nursery trips, delicious food and fabulous company. We are starting our getaway by supporting our friend Janey at her event @BaumanFarms. We then talked our way into a little tour of Brian Bauman’s home… which did NOT disappoint. What a way to start our trip!

I've been to Baumans a couple of times and love it. Would go more often but its a bit of a drive for me. It was great to see his own gardens as well! Thanks for taking us along!

Baumans a wonderful place for sure. But girl, you need to visit Sebright Gardens and Secret Garden Growers, both nearby. You'll take home a bunch of plants, guaranteed.

Love the behind the scenes look! Those pumpkin pie caught my eye too! I picked up 3, but wanted 30! 🧡 My girls were excited about the edible rose so we had to get one of those too. 😊

It was SO FUN to meet you! And I am a sucker for orange/apricot these days. Sadly I didn't grab the Flavorette Rose because it would've just cooked in the car while we were running around. But I need to get my hands on one!

I live in Salem Oregon and Bauman’s is one of my favorite nurseries. They have it all…plants, farm produce and a bakery/cafe that is to die for. I hope you enjoyed your visit to your southern neighbor.

Okay... THANK YOU for mentioning their produce. I was blown away! And they grow most of it on the property which is totally amazing. They pour so much love into that space and how lucky that you're so close!

Oh my gosh I have to go to Bauman's next time I visit friends in Portland. Gorgeous plants and containers. And his own garden is so, so good.

I think the guara at the nursery was mislabelled or a rouge pink variety seed / seedling infiltrated the pot at growing 😉. The so white variety should be pure white and compact at only 12-18” tall. This pinky variety looked at least 24-36” tall.

That has been my experience in my dining room border (I have 3 I'm trialing). I absolutely loved that little blush on the blooms though! It's so darn sweet and was adorable with the other plants Janey chose.

Love Baumans farms did you try there blackberry bliss bars? They are to die for. Thank you for the ride along it was so much fun

Oh i wanted to try EVERYTHING. I did have some of the Lavender Cider which was phenomenal. I also was told their cider donuts are bananas good! It's probably worth a trip back.
