This shovel is a new addition to the National Pike Steam Gas and Horse Association in Brownsville, PA. This video was recorded during our August of 2023 show.
They really worked hard to get this machine running for the August show. We are blessed at the National Pike Show to have so many people that work together to make this show a success!
Very cool video, don’t see many of these, Bay City should get more attention!! They are often overlooked. Wasn’t there also a company called Poclain if I’m not mistaken?? Sorry if I misspelled the name 😂
We have another Bay City at this show that is a model 45, is at the owners' shop getting a replacement engine. You can see more about this on his RU-vid channel @scrappyindustries. I don't have any knowledge about a company called Poclain. I am somewhat new to all of these shovel companies. I have another Bay City video of a pull shovel in Easton, MD on this channel.
