I took conqueror and that allowed me to smash irsu in damascus with huge morale debuff. Pretty easy as his units were routing after few shots by slingers. Early on wirhout damascus irsu struggles to get any more land. Besides, taking Kadesh is a must since it gives broze and is a nice recruting region. After that with conqueror legacy its just a snowball - you take Ugarit which is probably the best city on the map and later Ashkelon
