Bayer Ballet’s Summer Intensive is where serious dancers come to refine their technique and artistry, while discovering opportunities to take their dancing to the next level. An artfully-rigorous curriculum, presenting Vaganova technique in its purest form, is delivered by internationally-acclaimed Bayer Ballet Faculty & Guest Instructors, masters of the Vaganova Method. The Summer Intensive culminates in a Showcase, presented by participants of the 6-week program.

"The Class Concert," is a work is based on the graduation performance of the Vaganova Russian Ballet Academy, School of Classical Ballet. In this piece, dancers, of various ages and stages of their training, demonstrate the progression across various levels within the Vaganova System.

Founded in 2005, Bayer Ballet has quickly established itself as a reputable dance institution in San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Bayer Ballet Academy offers rigorous ballet training from pre-ballet through pre-professional, summer intensive programs, master classes with internationally renowned guest teachers, and professional stage performance opportunities. Graduates of the Academy have been accepted into prestigious programs, including those of the Paris Opera, the American Ballet Theatre, the Royal Ballet, Princess Grace Academy, and the Bolshoi and Kirov Ballets.
