Baylor Athletics: Foster Pavilion Construction Update (August 2023) 

The Ferrell never filled out. Most games (especially the men's team) the arena was maybe half full. This way even if people aren't showing up, it still fills out and looks intimidating. People might say, "But we just won a Natty!" Folks just don't show up for the basketball teams. Smaller is better.

The longhorns reduced their capacity as well. Its better to have a better tight experience.
