Love the fact that the angels were totally okay with the entire multiverse ending, but they have an issue with Bayonetta trying to rescue her friend from hell
@@dargossss Loptr control them somehow, Alruna act on her own :) What i love with Loptr is that : the instant Balder absorb his soul he already lost :) He will be back to Vigrid and take control on Balder but the moment Balder absorb him, Bayonetta already kill him and she knows how it will ended :) she even doesnt tell anything to Loptr 🤣🤣
Just like all the songs, its Sinatra all the way in the ending credits. I just love Bayonetta's consistency towards this trilogy despite each sequel being hella hard to come.
@@Ninja07Keaton its not about being Sinatra or not, more about the credits having an original version with Bayonetta dancing to it in sepia/black-and-white :) (and another poiint on consistency, all three games have Bayonetta getting her clothes ripped before transforming and Rodin saying "beautiful" in the opening cutscenes)
Moonlight Serenade is one of Glenn Miller's (the song's composer back in the 1930's) favorites. He died in 1943 in a plane crash on the Atlantic and his body was never found...
@@theotherohlourdespadua1131 they mentioned "rendition" meaning they are NOT discrediting Glenn Miller, I completely fail to see the point in this comment with the very unnecessary mention of his death
I just realize not only are the 3 main cover themes of this series are moon related songs, they are all "Lounge Singer" songs, there must be someone at Platinum that's really into the 50's music scene.
The lead composer has a segment in the original documentary series called “The Eyes of Bayonetta,” which explains why he chose the main themes and supporting themes. Long story short, he decided electric guitar would never be used, which cut rock, as a genre, out of the equation. He opted for jazz as a final genre to highlight Bayonetta’s attributes of “sexiness and elegance.”
I stand at your gate and the song that I sing is of moonlight I stand and I wait for the touch of your hand in the June night The roses are sighing a Moonlight Serenade The stars are aglow and tonight how their light sets me dreaming My love, do you know that your eyes are like stars brightly beaming? I bring you and sing you a Moonlight Serenade Let us stray till break of day In love's valley of dreams Just you and I, a summer sky, A heavenly breeze kissing the trees So don't let me wait, come to me tenderly in the June night I stand at your gate and I sing you a song in the moonlight, A love song, my darling, a Moonlight Serenade
Alright, we got Fly Me to the Moon, we got Moon River, and now we got Moonlight Serenade. For Bayonetta 4 we *HAVE* to have Old Devil Moon! As a jazz singer it’s one of my favorite old tunes! My fellow cats love the classic jazz renditions this franchise has brought us and they also wanna see Old Devil Moon, c’mon Platinum!
@@hydrosphagus9672 Every fanbase has its share, but the Bayonetta fanbase is particularly nasty and over-dramatic. And they're not even consistent with themselves too! Since Bayonetta 3 released they're all hypocritically hyping up Bayonetta 2 like you didn't get ridiculed for even daring to like the game before Bayonetta 3 released (so if you were like me and liked it more than the first game...).
This song is just incredible. Listening to all the Frank Sinatra Bayonetta themes over the years made me realize just how freaking difficult it must have been to remix them...and Moonlight Serenade sounds the most difficult!! It is so impressive how both the singer and music handle the ups and downs of the song. Also... 0:19 rise sounds so good 0:23 hold is so.....good man Then stairs down 0:32 This is my favorite part, the drums and singer going crazy 2:23 Strings going crazy too 2:43 bruh This song is so experimentive I love it
@@Mari_Izu I thought that was going to be this game’s theme! I never knew Frank did a cover of Moonlight Serenade (hell, didn’t even know it had lyrics. I’d always heard instrumentals). This cover took some getting used to but I love it now!

Boy: Dad, why is my sister named Rose?" Dad: Because your mother loves roses. Boy: Thanks, dad. Dad: No problem, Bayonetta 3 Soundtrack -Moonlight Serenade (∞-Climax Mix)
I'm enjoying Bayo 3 atm :-) Just blitzed the first 2 again and although I'll definitely miss Hellena Taylor as my Bayo of choice (along with VA continuity being shattered😢), I've loved Jennifer Hale's voice ever since she was Dr. Naomi Hunter way back in MGS 1, so I'm OK with things because she's a solid performer, too.😊 I'm kinda charmed by this iteration of Bayonetta. She's more aligned with a sweet, grownup Cereza, and this song really reflects the fun, flighty nature her story starts out with. Like, this is the Bayonetta where she DOESN'T have a mysterious destiny. Like, in Bayo 1's ending, where she alters the past and Cereza doesn't get knocked out by Jeanne for 500 years (cuz Bayo gave little Cereza the pendant which eats the sword strike), and she just LIVES those 500 years fighting with Jeanne and retaining her childhood memories. That's THIS Bayonetta. Oh and the Demon Slave/Masquerade shit is fucking cool. It seems a fair tradeoff for not being able to itemize hand/foot weapons anymore, and it's so fun how seamlessly you can summon them in and out of battle while still fighting.
It ended _three times._ Hmmm... Cheeky, Platinum Games. x) To be fair, The Wonderful 101 pulled an even greater amount of *_"But wait, there's more!!!"_* Like, seven times at least. xD
Verwachtte 'n moonlight sonata net zoals in Resident Evil te horen was in die piano puzzel, wel nieuwsgierig geworden naar dit spel. Andere twee delen brachten ook weer mooie herinneringen terug. Laatste deeltje twee is ook alweer uit '14, time goes too fast when having fun
I thought this was a made up song for the game, it's very animeish and I absolutely adore it. Fly me to the moon is a classic but this pumps me up when I fight the green suckers.
I’ve replayed the levels a ton so this song lives rent free in my head as with the other 2. In my opinion, Moon River is best, then Moonlight Serenade and then Fly Me to the moon. All covers are exceptional though, none is bad.
I doesnt understand why she never have her regular guns in each prologue of games, she is permanently attacked by angels ^^ In the first games, we can guess she didnt have Scarborough Fair because she just spend 20 years to bust angels withs pistols and playing to the nun and Rodin is making Scarborough Fair for her at the beginning of the game ^^ But why in the 2, she didnt use Scarborough Fair until Rodin gave her Love is Blue ? In the 3 its different, its the Lil Cereza from the flrst game may be Rodin was just upgraded Colour my World to have Masquerade works, he seemingly upgrade All for One for that purpose too ^^ ( Jeanne is a good example, she never change her guns since the first episode ^^ )
@@adam622500 Either that or Bayonetta used the Umbran Sisters muskets after she reawakened from being in stasis for a while before the events of the first game.
@@mfkai6080 three versions of her are (Beta 0, Bayonetta 3, and Dark Eve from the Alphaverse), the rest that we know of ain’t simping for a silly journalist

This is, and always will be, the WORST arrangement of Moonlight Serenade. This sounds much better as a slow, swing ballad anyway. Can't believe this game and series exists
