She’s very solid. The sword throwing mechanics is so satisfying once you learn how to apply it in verses. This umbran witch in training is just honest. Witch trials unfortunately is just messy all together, because the tanky enemies have egregious hitboxes + ques.. bayo and Jeanne is lucky they can just spam for their win condition. If bayo + Jeanne still had bayo 2 control where a dodge lost its I-frames near the end of the move , they would be forced to react like Viola ( assuming no accessories ).
@@tsmacks9 yes, but unlike the previous games , the window to activate bat/moth within is very generous in this game- allowing the Bayonetta and Jeanne to basically cheat a majority of enemies with panic dodges, except unique moves like blackhole from singularity and Rodin. The main problem with viola is the parry window detection itself- such a flow breaker. You’re forced to stay on the aggression and pick your spots. Use earring of time and pulleys butterfly to relief yourself if positioning is almost impossible. As stated in my original post, these problems are mostly in the trials. Witch trial 1 verse 9(but can be mitigated by staying in the air as much as possible) pppkk rinse repeat with viola. Btw violas witch strike with sword is spammable with good positioning
@@saeko_01 maybe it is a lil more generous with the timing a bit. But yeah Bayonetta is such a loose version DMC that you can panic spam and sorts get away. At least not on 00 climax mode. Viola does take time getting used to. Im actually practicing with her now. Witchtime is a lot harder with her but it's understandable as shes a young witch. But remember you can also parry with zl as well. And forward tilt
this game has a lot of issues, one being that viola being oly playable 3 fucking times made it difficult to get a feel for her unless you spent time in the training room. enemies also die too quickly
