Absolutely both are broken

very broken indeed, in fact combining them can cause beautiful results, for example, using the UCT's witch time and charging Baal's poison rain during said witch time, also equipping hymn of durga and optionally to be safe the Conqueror's Reins and you got yourself a dangerous combo

Baal and clock are probably the strongest thing in this series thats not like an exploit. Bayo 3 is a fucked up game and we love it its so fucked up lmao
