He was practicing. They do that, kinda like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever. Can't expect to win a birdie over if you don't have your moves down.
I've watched every single BBC production of Planet Earth, Blue Planet and all the others a zillion times. I bought each one and just can't watch them enough. The hardest for me is the Emperor Penguins who have to go through so much to survive. It's just amazing how they bring up their babies, leave to find food for them, and come back and have to find their mate and chick in those thousands of penguins. And the treks they take to get to where they birth and what they go through to get there is astounding. I've learned so much through BBC's productions and I'm so grateful for the depth of knowledge I've acquired about our animal kingdom. What is so wonderful about these productions is they always bring to light the plights our animal kingdom is suffering - climate change, loss of habitat, and poaching. Makes me weep. On the other hand, someday, these productions may be the only thing that documented our animal kingdom before it's totally wiped out by us selfish humans.
I know for a fact that after a some years.... I'll be crying over the death of this legendary man David Attenborough. He's been such a great and positive influence throughout my childhood and I'll miss him dearly... :( Hope he never goes away..
@@RE-xv9fp no one will be able to be a better Attenborough than Attenborough himself.. I mean his voice is so soothing he can be narrating a nuclear war and I'd still find it relaxing.
31:34 - "this seems high..." 31:46 - "still falling...." 31:54 - "are you kidding me? still falling..." 32:47 - "having difficulty believing it could have ended differently. This fall is insane!"
I respectfully disagree with your assessment that the two are much different...as you will see in the next segment when a bison you'd think might save a fellow bison (as many other species have been filmed helping/saving OTHER species like hippos saving antelope and such). Yet, this bison clearly and undoubtedly might has well have killed a fellow bison himself (Watch from 30-21 starting at 27:15). The animal kingdom is just as all over the spectrum from what I've watched and witnessed.
@KrtekCartoonLover1976 "It's true: Murres are black and white and stand up straight like penguins. But they're not closely related to penguins. In fact, penguins aren't found in the Northern Hemisphere at all." I used something called Google ;)
@K G Most humans are pathetic, greedy, and disgusting piece of shit. It's not misanthropy, but the standard observation of a considerable- sized random sample of people all across the globe. However, they point the way to the rest of us of what not to be and what not to do. They are ,in a way, our "South Star" . But we must go north. We must go forth.
---Man Birds of Paradise are all such colourful characters, both in how they act and how they look xD ---The Orangutan getting tired was so cute, it looked so human just laying there and thinking "ehhhh alright i'm done" ---A Jumping Spider and Flying Fish.. i like how the fish have wings aswell lol ---Those Goose chicks are amazing! so strong and resilient!
Me, working calmly at the office Alien Attenborough: Human is not the only one working. Spy human joins. It seems to create a competitive streak in human. She begins to work more vigorously.
Wow, without a frame of reference, the elephant seal could just be called "biggest seal" without creating any kind of imagery, but when you put it next to that vehicle and see that even the truck is still smaller than the seal, whoa! now we see how big it really is!
Birds from paradise wer breathtaking soooo awesome… they dance very good… god has created such a beautiful world and a life cycle that no body can deny his blessings….
That male elephant seal that was attacking the cars was enormous...I actually didn't even know they were that big! Oh great! A tactical, jumping spider with camera like eyes?! Absolutely not!

Jumping spiders are so awesome. And this is coming from someone who technically has arachnophobia. I freak out with spiders normally, I can't help myself. I have bugs as pets but spiders, I just have no control over myself, and I know it's idiotic. But jumping spiders are absolutely adorable. Back in TX we lived in the country and we had lots of black widows on the outside of the house and some as big as a quarter. I am cringing inside as I write this... and we also got woodlouse spiders inside the house, my room was the one they decided to call home of course, and I frequently woke up to one running across my body, sometimes my face. Absolute nightmare fuel. So anytime I found a jumping spider in the house, I'd carefully trap it, sometimes I even carried it on my hand which is mad for me haha, and carefully placed them right outside our door. We had one that lived on our screen door and sometimes came in, we called him "hausmeister" which is german and basically translates to janitor or groundskeeper of sorts. Cute little things. Their iridescent "claws" are absolutely beautiful. I may get one as a pet in a terrarium, that way I don't accidentally pass on a fear of spiders to my kiddo. he definitely has seen me freak a few times, but he's 4 so I still have time to teach him spiders aren't that scary, mom just has issues 🤣
@@breAnnasmama 😂 suck it up it doesn't matter at all crazy Christians, its just a saying. If you're so senctive about it you need to get your priorities in check.
@@aves4081 It would be awesome to see a more scientifically accurate Rex, and perhaps some of the other recent discoveries such as Deinochierus and the (yet again) updated Spinosaurus.
