Tuned into BBC English Language Station on Medium Wave 1413KHz. Used Tecsun AN-48X Antenna for outstanding reception indoors in Bengaluru. The Active Loop element I hung it on the glass window. Although there is no antenna jack for Medium Wave on the D-808 i used the provided ferrite rod using the coupling method, placing it parallel to the internal ferrite core. This station continues playing BBC in English to 11:30pm IST and switches to Pushto after. Very Precise tuning option using the amplifier connected in series to the loop antenna. I am yet to explore the rest of the MW spectrum to discover far off stations.
