Yep. I am bedbound now but before that I had limited mobility. I could walk ,maybe 5-10M without suffering crippling pain and muscle spasms. I had to produce reports from consultant surgeon and my GP along with my medications and an OT report to get my blue badge. This bloke made Linford Christie look like a snail when he ran from his car. I wonder what his disability is. He wasn't parked legally is he was using a disabled bay or yellow line as there was no clock on display. I hope this was reported to the council that issued that badge. There isn't a genuine blue badge holder in this country that could move at that speed. It makes my blood boil !
Dont understand why somebody dont send the boys round and sort him out, may cost u a few quid and u won't get your money back but let's face it he may never walk again. And that is money well spent.
you can have a new business, but doesn't mean the old debt gets wiped the old company still exists in a "dissolved" state and legally has to pay its liabilities
Earl Drudge I have so many times seen companies go into liquidation then start a new company in the same address using the same trading name except adding a new word in the title , using the same equipment with the same staff The only change is the directors are now the wife , the son or business associates etc

Erm... Why not just upgrade it to the high courts and get bailiffs to get your money back if it's already gone through the county courts and he's got ccjs against him... Duhhh
He liquidated the company and I bet the debt is in the company's name and not him personally. If its in the liquidated company's name even a high court sheriff can not do a thing ! You have to write to the administrators and add your claim to the list but things like tax and vat are at the top of the list and the poor customers that used him will be at the bottom I bet.

it is good seeing these people caught, but I wish we could see these scumbags squirm in front of a judge and watch sentence being handed down. They make a mockery of our laws and never seem to pay for the hurt they cause
I watched those high court enforcers... how can people get away with it when you got those suckers just stand their ground and take everything away if people don't pay?

For someone with a disability he can sure run fast. he made his way to that Jaguar very fast but yet he has a disabled badge in the window someone needs to investigate that

Anyone with that many unsettled CCJs should be banned from company directorship for life and duly prosecuted. HMRC should just garnish your earnings at that point.
I think you all missed a point in the video,he was using a blue badge also,by the way he was moving around at some speed he should also be prosecuted for illegally obtaining a blue badge,come on investigators do it bloody rite
how are you proud enough of your actions to actually go and post this? you should be embarrassed and ashamed, not showing off that you've withheld money from people, particularly pensioners.
