Thank you for coming to Estonia! 💙 I do wish you would have done more thorough job researching our history. Unfortunately right now your portrait of the history is not far from Kremlin propaganda talking points. Saying that we have shared history with Russia, with deep links to one another and we have turned to the west only since last years February is extremely misleading. Estonia was occupied by soviet union, which meant big portion of Estonians were killed or deported to Siberia and they were replaced with Russians, all in order to make the Estonian language and culture to go extinct. As soon as we got independent again (Estonia was also independent from 1920-1939, and was economically doing better than Finland, who we share similar language with) in 1991 we turned toward west as quickly as we could and joined EU and NATO 2004. Trying to put it in other words - Imagine you have neighbour, who is a giant bully. He killed your parents, took away your freedom and money and then got away with it for 60 years. When you finally get free, you hope the bully will be taken responsible for what he did. It doesn't happen. The bully makes a great face and everyone gets along with him. 30 years go by and then suddenly the bully strikes again. Everyone except you are surprised 🤦‍♀

Many of the older buildings are built in Russian occupation times because they destroyed the previous buildings and replaced many. They did the same with the building facing the Estonian parlament, destroyed the previous protected heratage building from the medeval ages and built a Russian ortodox church to intimidate and show their prower ower Estonians. (And yes it is fully documented FACT not like most FUD in this video).

The Russian power and propaganda monuments were allready removed in 🇪🇪Estonia long ago. These are general ones (and finally removed the last repression marks). EDIT: If you want to see some, just go to the national museums(Kumu) toilet, there's plenty there. I'm not lying, true facts.

False claims! Around 17% considers their first language Russia, and up to 23% has russian roots. This strongly sounds like Russian funded propaganda video. Where did you get all of your funding, not only this show but the presenter and producer too, how many Russian goverment ties do you have?
