Ancient Egypt was founded by ancient Nubians (black poeple ) and attracted foreigners including the Greeks, Arabs, and even Persians....the evidence is everywhere in the artifacts and monuments
The Nubian kingdom was founded during the era of the old kingdom of Egypt around 2500 bc at which Egypt existed for over 3500 years in which there were 2 kingdoms of Egypt, got unified then came the era of the old kingdom of the unified Egypt. After Egypt was unified by over 600 years, it's influence was so great to help the nomads to the south of Egypt along the Nile to establish the Nubian kingdom as a copy of Egypt and literally worshipping the same gods. Nubia lasted around a thousand year only then ceased to exist once and for all, when Egypt annexed it.

Weren't that lead the first humans to migrate along the Nile downstream towards what became Egypt, then also migrated and spread across the whole world. Weren't Egypt got developed faster than literally anyone else because Egypt discovered agriculture way before them. You said "Nile vally culture worked it's way down" Which is not true, because cultures need already developed societies (like Egypt) to be founded. Culture is a multitude of things that cover the life of a person including (but not limited to) food, art, clothing and even building designs; so I challenge you to pinpoint anything in those categories and get 1 exact copy betwen Egypt and the rest of the Nile vally. Also culture is not the only thing , there's sciences and religion especially in the case of Egypt, where we can find no similarities other than the people to the south of Egypt (only the nubians, which is modern day in south Egypt and north of north Sudan) were copying Egypt to the level of worshiping the same Egyptian Gods, and building so many small size pyramids. Answer this, Why there's a science called Egyptology, named after Egypt for the studies of ancient Egypt!?. Simply there's no country in the world, even across history, that have anything so big, deep, diverse and fascinating to study in all fields of life and even death, as Egypt. If you were right, then that science would have been named Nilology. Please stop BLACK WASHING everything in oreder to prove that you at least was way better and far civilized and developed than your European oppressors. Having problems with whites and European colonialism, imperialism and racism don't give you any right to claim anything not yours just to prove you are better than anyone else, especially when you mistakenly pick Egypt to be on the same side with the whites/Europeans, where in reality even modern Egypt suffered (and still suffering in some ways) from the same European colonialism, imperialism and racism just like you. And when Egypt finally liberated, Egypt immediately became the main supporter to not only African but also Asian freedom, independence and development by all means especially diplomatically, financially and militarily to help to end all kinds of European aggressions (search for the organization of the non allied countries); then Egypt got "punished" for that by Western sanctions and wars (through Israel and even the U.K. and France, during the cold war).
