What happened at 1:38 - static/silent ident?

Not sure - presumably a standby version of the ident for use if there was a technical problem with playing out the normal idents?

@@desandmick Appears to be - they used it when they were waiting for Peter Sissons to announce the death of the Queen Mother (video on TV Whirl). Here they've managed to get the 'Subtitles' text to appear though!
