I like how these Unlimited Supers are either references to BBRadio,the story or actual other fighting game characters ,I recognized a few like Maximum Spider or one of Storm's supers and even Guile's Flashkick super from Street fighter 4 for Kagura

well, the first time I played unlimited mars, I was shocked with the new distortions I've never seen before.... also, blazblue with touhou BGM? Nothing beats this.... IT'S PERFECT MAN

I'll try and show off some potential references from how much fighting games I've played,most might just be memes,some might be references to other fighting games the moves I won't say are the ones that we know the characters themselves CAN or MIGHT do in story Ragna: It's mostly the Boss Ragna moveset we all know today Noel: The first super might reference her Astral Heat in CT Rachel: The lightning strike might be something she can canonically do and the second distortion is clearly referencing Storm's large super from MVC2 and 3 with a tiny twist Taokaka: The first one with the ball,maybe a fast version of Teddie's Circus Ball super (Persona 4 Arena) The second is potentially referencing Tron-Bonne's Serv Bot super or the multiple Neco Arcs in Melty Blood but we can see she also does this in her overdrive so it's double reference The bomb might just be here for comic relief the install is clearly Yun and Yang's You-Hou but it's also her overdrive Carl : The super that does 10k is Carl's astral finisher from calamity trigger,a self destruct move,except here it's instant Litchi: Litterally any hype beam super Arakune: His OD Distortion is referencing Dr Doom's level 3 in MVC3 for sure ,with Arakune sitting as he watches the mess Tager: The first one is 100% a meme super and the move from above is potentially a thing that is in many fighting games for big characters Bang: Super 1 is Chipp Zanuff's Zanseirouga , definitely The install is his overdrive animation today,but I guess Bang can do that canonically? Tsubaki: Her OD super is also referencing Storm Mu: Her OD super is referencing Rose's soul satellite from street fighter 4 Platinum: her hammer supers wkth the bells are probably referencing (probably will type it wrong) Hyen-So's spike ball super from Darkstalkers Bullet : her Od super looks like a command grab but it ends like Terry Bogard's Buster Wolf Kagura: Guile's Triple flashkick super from street fighter 4 Guile's Sonic hurricane (With the same input too) and the bike probably is a reference to the story ooor..blazblue radio Terumi: The flurry attack is straight up Mitsuru Kirijo's flurry super that ends with a kick in Persona 4 Arena As for Kokonoe,I know there's 2 refefences but I can't point them out at all Edit: For Kokonoe,it's one of Sion Eltnam's supers from melty blood
I noticed that some of the characters' hidden Distortion Drives reference Guilty Gear, like Platinum using a move from Bridget or Mu-12 using Dizzy's moves. That's awesome!
@LWBL Music yes, like l stated 4 years ago. They have identical moves, and are both called "Hero", and Hakumen flatout called Ragna "brother" once, and Terumi flatout says "come at me Jin kisaragi" to Hakumen.

I wonder how is it that arc system works does this and the guilty gear games it just baffles me trying to think of how more complex fighting games work
