The Ogee is natural. Thank goodness we have moved past the days of the huge BBL with the focus on size and not shape.

I have tight skin around my hip area and I’m afraid that I will still look boxy after surgery. Can you post a video with someone with tight skin around the hips and how you fill them out?

I have in the past but I don't anymore. It has really become a sub-speciality of plastic surgery and I just don't have the training or experience so I always suggest seeing a plastic surgeon who specializes in trans women.
