hes saying how the other kid in the white was better than gavin skill wise....if they were both the same age..then the other kid would have won....there were things that gavin did that got hype..but if one of the older kids did it...even better....it got overlooked because its "expected" of them due to their age....so gavin did have a handicap in this competition..not saying hes not still talented..just that the kid in the white was more skilled in bboying.

Dude. the reason why they think that he is better is because he is just a kid and he's been doing the same moves over and over again and when someone else does a better move they dont make any noise...but the kid he's nothing...
