Alright bro I'm tired of seeing the disrespect. Nori won fair and square, you people are acting like Haruto took that for days? Haruto was clearly EXHAUSTED, Haruto wasn't listening to the music, and Haruto just wasn't taking his time to show all the aspects of his dance. Nori was responding with burns, he was listening to the music, taking his time, and showing more aspects of the dance. Nori has been in the game way longer than Haruto has so obviously he knows what is needed to be shown to take a win in a competition, he's been winning Redbull Japan cyphers for over a decade and theres a reason for that. Stop dissing the ogs and show some respect.

saying he wasn't listening to the music is understandable but exhausted is another thing. his rounds were punchy and had content and details way above what nori was bringing. it's understandable why nori won but personally im more for seeing new and interesting dancers take the stage rather than older dancers with more stereotypical styles

Nori is a battle toughened veteran with foundation and flow. Haruto coming in with new unique moves and originality. You can see their dance styles reflect the different generations - its funny how people be dissing bboys online like they are just fictional characters.. no one was robbed here, just came down to who was dancing more, which in this case was Nori.

The musicality difference here made all the difference. 0:18 you can see Haruto isn't listening to the music from here into the second set (Nori knows this and I think Haruto does too because at 0:25 you can see he starts to get back on beat.) I think a lot of people forget that breaking is both choreo and freestyle to both degrees... Nori also used his preplanned sets but he adapted it better to the music. Haruto has morre dynamic moves and intricate moves so it's easy to think why Haruto should win this. Musicality or Cooler moves... comes down to judge opinion at end of the day.

sad thing is cypher winner goes to final stage of elimination before the actual red bull final, most contestant in final are invited afterall so we might see Haruto in this year final.

Haruto cut his rounds way too short. He took round 1, but gave 2 and 3 to Nori. To beat a veteran you have to show musicality and put more material out to sway the judges.
