man pocket hasnt come around like i was hoping... i figured by now he would be more all around with emphasis on power but looks like he will continue to be a straight POWER
Its his choice and how he chooses to express himself. Theres no denying that in terms of straight power theres almost noone that can touch him when it comes to combos and speed. Someone like Bboy Issei (16 years old) is more all round and would most likely beat pocket in a much because he has both crazy style and crazy power. But you can still see that in a straight power battle Pocket would probably still smoke him as Issei isnt as good when it comes to Airflares. Its all subjective
@SpaYdee haha, i know i know, mad respect to pocket, im just joking. but if i were to still give my personal opinion, i perfer lil g over pocket. pocket kinda blazes through his moves and doesnt really give time for you to apreciate his moves, and he has pretty minimal musicality (most of the time at least). i might be biased tho cuz ive met and done workshops with lil g :T
@athaskillz and due to him never having his feet on the ground lessens his ability to be an even better bboy. I'd go with Lil G on this due to varying moves and adding foot work. Not hating on Pocket cause he's bad ass and has some sick combos but he gets wayyy to repetetive. Props to both tho.
@EmanoffA I can say the same thing about Lil G... but Lil G doesn't have speed like Pocket does... Pocket is a thousand times more explosive than Lil G anyday... much respect to both of them they are both good... but i go with Pocket...
@freax4u- People like you dont know what they're talking about. Hes an international level powermover whos been practicing that style for years and you want him to just stop that and start trying to add styles hes not 100% with into his sets..... it doesnt work like that
@Alex Milovanov- Honestly we need to weed people like you out of the bboy community. How is pocket not dancing? Do you even know the definition of what dance is. He also breaks to the music and hits beats all the time. People like you who say powermovers/blow-uppers/abstract arent real bboys need to get out of the oldschool way of thinking and realize this dance is evolving and adapting new styles. You may find powermoves boring but no one is trying to please you
