This is absolute classic camping food. I couldn't imagine sleeping in a tent in rainy Wales and not cooking this when i wake up.

Great! It's super important to get a decent breakfast when camping, and these kebabs are perfect for the job.. Something tasty in the morning influences how much everyone enjoys the holiday, and if you've overindulged on the vino last night, you can redeem yourself with a burst of barbie virtuosity. Having scrambled egg all round the gubbins gives that delicious extra protein, and a nice cohesiveness to the dish. Hefty metal skewers are good I think, as they conduct heat inwards to make sure everything is done evenly. Delicious ideas. Nice one Jamie! 🌟👍

I wasn’t brought up with home-cooked meals because my mum was away. But thanks to Jamie at least I know how to cut onions and cooked omelettes. It was what.. 20 years ago..😅

Главная ошибка была в том, что шампиньоны ничем не смазаны (жиром), либо надо было беконом обернуть. Грибы тупо отдали влагу и уменьшились в разы. Грибы когда готовят на углях, обязательно смазывают обильно маслом. Также мне не понятно, зачем натуральные продукты было забивать такой кучей соусов, максимум можно было использовать кетчуп.
