In addition, Cut small slits throughout. Wrap garlic clove with a sage leaf and stuff in slits.

It looks so good! As for the remark about it being heart healthy, there is now a great deal of debate about whether fat is actually bad for your heart, so I encourage people to research it and eat accordingly.

Looks awesome but you should have tipped those pork juices in the foil and tipped the juices into the beans to give the beans extra flavour.
