INGREDIENTS:
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce
• Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Rub
• Heath Riles BBQ Tangy Vinegar BBQ Sauce
• Pulled pork
• Flour tortillas
• Shredded cheese
• Pickled jalapenos
DIRECTIONS:
1. Fire up your Blackstone
2. Steam your pulled pork to reheat it. Sprinkle Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Rub and pour Tangy Vinegar BBQ sauce over the top. Toss your pork.
3. Place your tortillas down on your Blackstone. Sprinkle cheese over your tortillas and allow it to melt.
4. Place your pulled pork on your tortillas after your cheese has melted. Add jalapenos, more cheese, and drizzle Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ sauce over the top.
5. Fold your quesadilla and press to allow the cheese to melt and brown your tortillas.
6. Once your cheese has melted and tortillas are browned, take them off your grill. Slice and serve.
