BBQ Whole Calf - Cambodian Street Food 

This BBQ whole calf is a popular style of food in Cambodia. The calf is roasted over coals for hours. Once cooked it is cut up and slices are briefly put on the fire then chopped up further. This shop is located near the main market in Kampot Cambodia.
The cost is $US12 per kilo or a small box served with raw vegetables, dipping sauce, lime and salt and pepper is $US5.
