I love how you explained the Scrappy and Khaotic is well. I hate that ppl ignore all of the signs and horrible ways of a person until it happens to them. Glad to see people are seeing Scrappy for who he is. He is never at fault for anything, never takes accountability and play victim in every situation. Sadly Khaotic was more of a friend to Scrappy than he was Kha.

Your commentary on Tyler Perry was on point. Think about the show This Is Us. They were able to intertwine multiple different people simultaneously, while also doing flashbacks and transcend different years, without making it confusing and muddy. Plus, it had monumental emotional impact on the audience. The cinematography in This Is Us was phenomenal. That’s something Tyler Perry will never be able to create.

Why do we have to constantly pick each other apart rather than just celebrating them? Lil Rel shared his story. People said he was on ozempic. He came back to explain, which he owed none of us. You asked what God had to do with it before finishing his explanation. He went on to explain that he heard God tell him to get on this path. You asked what does Chadwick have to do with it, and he explained that he had a conversation with him. You said he didn't post his workouts. They said he shared it on peleton. Then you tell him how to tell his story because he was doing too much for you. Only to go on and keep questioning if it was Ozempic. Who cares how he lost the weight, we should just celebrate him. Just last week, people talked about how Tyler Perry makes negative movies about black people. Well, the way y'all coming at Rel shows y'all don't want no positivity. That could've been an inspirational story, but it was picked apart. And Oprah still has to worry about her health especially since she's in her 70s. Choosing to lose weight helps her stay healthy.

Just wanted to throw in I remember watching Free Guy in 2021 and he was looking healthy then, this wasn’t an overnight change, he been putting in work, doesn’t have to document everything on IG for it to be true. It’s unfortunate that he got so much negative attention for posting something that was meant to inspire.

I wasn't going to watch the interview Tyler did with Keke because I didn't think she was gonna "hold him to the fire." But surprisingly, there was no need to hold him to the fire because he answered every concern/critic people have of him. He spoke about other things that elaborate on the specific statements the article(s) are highlighting. I truly hope he's on the up and up about "not harming anyone" because I do understand his creative process for his art.

Dead on correct about Jodeci. Devante (and Dalvin, to an extent) had the entire FML album completed prior to going to Uptown. Add Al B SURE! to that mix for some of the arrangements and that was pretty much the story. Every subsequent album Jodeci released still had songs on it from that very 1st tape of songs Devante wrote on them (that's how many songs were on it)...🥰

MY problem with Tyler Perry's writing is that it wouldn't take much to be better. He's been doing this for years and it doesn't get better. I feel like he needs a reader, or readers. A person, or a few people to read his work and give him an honest critique. Someone who will tell him where there's an unresolved storyline, what doesn't make sense, where it's repetitive, etc. Ask Oprah, Gayle, or me 😅 to read his script and just make notes. That would help his scripts so much. Call me TP. I got you.

Speaking on the diddy situation, there’s a documentary out called death row chronicles. It aired once on bet in 2018 and has been scrubbed from media outlets. Good commentary on Tyler Perry. Very accurate. He does want to have complete control as a writer/director and a big part of the equation is his EGO. Quantity doesn’t equate to Quality Tyler. Example: The writing on his show Sisters, is a prime exact of a probably good concept going terribly bad. His writing is all over the place, bizarre and as usual very repetitive dialogue. Too many bad plots in a singular show. Last cirque….I wish he’ll stop writing women as extremely weak, drug addicts, low/no self esteem and completely gullible no matter what professional career in life we have. It speaks volumes how he really he sees and feels about women. He sees men as controlling, manipulating and superior beings for some reason which is not always correct.

I'm terrified of being in the gym seen by others while I'm looking unflattering af... drenched in sweat.. trying to relearn how to properly and effectively work out. So... I certainly... nah definitely wouldn't be the one to post me working out online and subject myself to more cruelty than support when I'm trying to rebuild self esteem and regain my life long sexy in my early 40s.. I think Tyler Perry is still very capable of giving us content like his early stuff. I believe he's gotten lazy and addicted to quick fixes. It seems like once he got his hooks in his specific crowd, he stopped trying so hard. He kept the genre, but got extremely lazy with the character development and story lines.. Because how do you go from, A Family That Preys, Family Reunion...etc, to something like Divorced in the Black.. Maybe he don't feel the need to put the same effort in his Netflix productions vs his projects that went to theaters...IDK...

I remember a few years ago Lil Rel followed me on Instagram and DM'ed me. I decided to go on the date with him. I had just gotten out of a relationship, and wanted to start dating. Lil Rel invited me to a bar which was less than a block from his apartment. He makes me wait at the bar for almost 10 minutes while his waltz his way to the bar. I introduce myself and he gave RUDE ASS VIBES, I grabbed myself a drink and I am standing at the bar when he walks away from me to talk to other girls he was just at Beyonces mom dinner with. He gloated about being at being mom dinner haha..........so at this point I try to find something to talk about as he carrys on convo with the other girls from the dinner, then after 10 minutes of me just sitting there in silence a girl comes up to the table to introduce herself to us, a cute lightskin, thick chick from DC who was visiting LA and worked for NASA apparently. lol anyways she gets to talking about how she met Lil Rel, and how theyre good frineds now since they met the other night, and I am like what the fuck, is this a date or did he just dump me as a date for this girl haha. AT this point a guy comes up to me and says are you with him (pointing at lil rel) I said yea and the guy goes well I asked him if you were with him and he said no hahahaha sooooo I start to realize this is weird........ the girl and lil rel are having a good time and I just get lost in the crowd at one point she runs up to me and says Lil rel and her are headed to get tacos she grabs me and we get to his car and he didnt even say there was room in the car for me, at that point I just walked back to my car and went home... i say that to say this Lil Rel got weird ass ways and he got weirdo vibes hahaha

I just wish you would critique the Lifetime movies and other peoples art as harshly as you comment on Tyler Perry’s work. I like his art and it doesn’t have to meet your standard, like just don’t watch it instead of talking down on it over and over and over.

I feel like you've never want to hear when people have a testimony about how God is working in their life just because you are an atheist (or agnostic/neither). You can have your beliefs but you don't have to down people who believe in God. Everyone who speaks about God is not being phony. You often sound very negative about that -and I'm not a Bondy hater. You know I listen to you all the time.

She's not an atheist. She believes in God but not necessarily Christianity, almost like not believing in organized religion (if I'm remembering correctly). And she believes in some alternative spiritual beliefs as well. I understand where she's coming from sometimes because a lot of people only bring God into it just to justify their BS. But I will agree with you that some people are being real about their testimony and she dismisses it. I believe Rel, Scrappy? Not so much when he's justifying his BS. I think Rel's story should've been inspirational as he intended it to be, but his story and his explanation were picked apart. I do feel like who are we to question someone's faith, although I'm guilty of it sometimes, too.

@@tammymorgan5348 Thanks. I edited my post to indicate that I wasn't sure if she was atheist because I have heard her speaking on believing in a higher power (or something like that). I just know (personally) that when someone gives a testimony or speaks about God getting them to or through something (like Rel) it is not always fake and it should not always be looked at as they are trying to BS folks. I know this is her page and she can say what she wants but I just don't see the point in always being so negative about people's beliefs...and I like Bondy. However, sometimes that negative energy towards people loving God is too much.

@@KeshaL8410 I agree that it can be a bit contentious at times. She's clearly a thinker and someone who values learning. Very educated! It's surprising that she isn't more open-minded. Speaking as a believer myself, I find her content quite enjoyable and engaging, especially her insightful take on a variety of topics. However, whenever the discussion shifts to God or Jesus, I bristle in anticipation of the negative comments that follow. I'm intrigued to hear her perspectives on other organized religions, as they too grapple with challenges akin to those faced by Christianity. It seems her rejection of Christianity strikes a personal chord with her maybe? It's almost like a bitter breakup - every mention of that particular name invokes a wave of negativity. Healing truly begins when we foster an environment of peace and love in our interactions. And I’m a member of the channel

As a person that’s currently on weight loss meds Rel does look like he took weight loss meds. You tend to lose a lot of muscle tone when you lose weight fast if you don’t lift weights. That’s what he looks like. He doesn’t owe us an explanation, but don’t lie. And from experience, weight loss meds do not work if you don’t work out and eat, right. Also, most people nowadays are not taking Ozempic because there’s so many other medication‘s out there that you can take
