The good news is I totally respect my pastor and his wife the doctor. &their brilliant college daughter. I can't fake the funk at a church with "sinful vinbes coming from the pulpit. I don't wanna be unfair here, but this is a little frightening because we've seen that plenty of pastors and ministers actively harm people 😬 so I would hate to think that the God you (or anyone) serve will punish the victim, truth-teller, witness, judge, community member, etc etc for speaking out or calling police or putting a stop to harm by criticizing one of these pastors. Also we know that God does not always intervene when people are experiencing harm or manipulation. There was a white pastor who just k*lled his wife and his parishioners are going to have to reckon with the possibility that they let some red flags go when they could've challenged him and put a stop to his harmful rhetoric and behaviors before it got to that point 😔 I worry that's what keeps so many abusers in positions of authority is fear of speaking out. I don't think God should make you fear critiquing any human in the whole world. Imho

Clearly today she is speaking of these two, maybe it's just me, I can't bring myself to publicly speak out against a minister unless I have proof of his or her indiscretions. Like I said I value my relationship with God over religion or man.

Maybe Martin has health issues that he is keeping under wraps and that’s absolutely his choice if so, all people the same age don’t act the same maybe he did his dirt then and just want to be peaceful now and that’s why he is quiet and different because he is an evolved man he isn’t going to be a Will Smith and this stage in his life and that doesn’t make things weird. He looks fine and healthy to me now a couple years ago something was off.

I do not nor have I ever felt there was a sexual intent in a Pastor’s sermon. I’m not sure of that lady’s religion is but many are called, few are chosen. Everybody shouldn’t just go to the pull pit to preach. I myself is a Baptist. There has never been a sexual sermon. 🤔
