Bburago vs Hot Wheels Elite  

Actually, the panel gap for the engine lid is intentional as that is a styling cue on the actual LaFerrari. Ferrari wanted to invoke the same design vibe as the F50 and have that thick black line around the engine lid. Hot Wheels Elite is more accurate in this case.

I have both, and bburago did a fantastic job! But damn, I didn't know the spoiler lifts on my elite!!! That makes the extra money worth it for me itself.

You can tell by the way the light reflects off the car's paint which one is more expensive.

Bburago did great job and also the front wheels are better on Bburago

For items like these what people don't realize is that the details directly correlates into cost, exponentially. Still bought bburago though, but absolutely appreciates the Hot toys, but I cant afford it atm.

The Hot Wheels also has that iconic black body panel gap that goes around all the flagship ferraris from the F40 to the LaF, and the fitment is spot on where the cheaper one does not even have it. That's unforgivable even for a $40 price tag.😟 The Hot Wheels is way better, but I don't see any mass produced diecast models being worth over $60. Maybe $80 for one with that Hot Wheels level of detail. They have skyrocketed over the past decade, and I don't see why. That sucks for all you model guys.😕Wish you the best.

Bburago Ferraris are my preferred choice, even though the hot wheels LaFerrari has a movable wing, I still prefer the Bburago versions. And the Bburago LaFerrari I found on Target had red brake calipers, and it’s still much more detailed than the 1/24 model. In conclusion, I think the Bburago version of the LaFerrari is better because I’ve been searching for weeks to find a single hot wheels Ferrari, and then now I realized from this video, they don’t make them anymore because they lost the licensing rights to do so, and Bburago has more Ferrari models.

I think the Burago has scale and sizing issues. The side mirror stalk lengths are immediately obvious. The list of differences gets much longer in person.

I so want to buy the Hot Wheels Elite version but the reviews on most sites complain about the horrible inconsistency and interestingly, almost nobody said it was worth the $120. One said the doors were misaligned and he couldn't fix them. Just one issue after another...

The wheel rims is pointing outwards on the hotwheels but inwards for the bburago, I think either bburago or hotwheels got it wrong

People. If you have a budget, settle for the Bburago. Honestly, with the HW Elite, you're only getting a liiiiiiiitle more oomph for nearly 3 times the cost. It is NOT worth it. Bburago all the way.

How's the tire for the HWE Elite, mine is a bit loose and it will slightly came off when i roll the car. Quite disappointed with the HWE rims and tire, their quality is just so bad.

The panel gap on the rear hood of the hwe is actually not a flaw. That's how it actually looks on the real car though.
