BC04 & SJ05, GoBuster Beet and Great Go-BusterOh - Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters

you can technically get all of Great Go-Buster by only buying two items. there exists both a Japan Toys R Us exclusive Go-Buster Oh set and a mass release Buster Hercules Set, which isn't too bad all things considered

It replaces CB-01 in Gobuster-Oh and Great Gobuster as well. We've already seen the scans of it.

Getting a very Hurricanger type feel. Three zords combine together which are Red, Yellow and Blue no less, then there are two beetles that combine with the original three. Now all we need is a shuriken to combine with it to make a real Clusterf-er

I was wondering how the toy versions would be done, and... I'm not disappointed. They are as crazy as I thought.

The sad thing is that if the creators spent more time making the robots transform instead of seperating; the combined modes would be so much better.

1 thing I want to say about BC-04 Go-buster Beet here. Your actually supposed to store his cannons/swords on the pegs at his knees. They fold up and fold over the rest of the legs so we can't see the gold stripe infront. Still wish they could have fixed the arms...

I paid 60 each for ace and beet, 20 each for stag and rabbit, and 30 for gorilla. Now I see their prices at start at $40+ for the 2 arms, 70 for gori and like $80+ for ace and beet. Expecting this to happen with Kyoryuger but faster, since the first few waves of Kyoryujin got sold out and stores couldn't even ship out pre-orders. When it's a Dinosaur season make sure to buy it while it's airing because it will definitely become expensive and rare after.

For a few months yes because they are trying to sell what's left from toy stores around Japan to make space for the new set then when it hits secondary market, scalpers will blow the price up to ridiculous proportions. I got 1 - 5 for about $160, now people are selling the set for $200 or more. Tategami Lioh is also starting to blow up in price. Might go down a bit when it airs in Hong Kong, but BoJ versions will still be more expensive than BoAsia versions.

no, rhino beetles have a single straight horn. BC-04 has a anchor kinda horn, like a stag.

Ahhh, the BIG BAD BEETLE ZORDS. :p Almost makes me wonder if there'll be any sly nods to Beetleborgs when Go-Busters gets adapted, since it'll be round about the Beetleborgs 20th anniversary!

not sure if you know this, but you can take SJ05's thruster and attach it to CB01's back to give him a jetpack. i know this from the show, i watch it, and i enjoy it.

Nice models. And the whole extend arm thing reminds me of Red Ladder/Fire Rescue 1? from Gogo V/Lightspeed Rescue.

well i can say that this sentai series definitely gets points for uniqueness

G12 completely combined looks fine, the seperate mecha, depends if you're a fan of the engines' obvious eye expressions Personally I'd go with the Shinkenger mecha. Sure the combined form may not look as good but I'd say it looks better than this. Also the separate combined forms from that line are pretty nice (Shinken-oh, Daikai-oh, and Mogyudaioh)

when you showed GoBuster beet, I noticed that the character is left handed

its actually great buster king officially the next buster addition makes the great buster oh into grand buster king or ultimate buster king. supposedly though we might not even get one

Double checked, it's 11 piece...still a lot though. Although the way it combines is a tad different since you have one main zord and the rest make up a 'throne' that it just stands on as it rolls along the battlefield.

=/ Thanks for the review. Still not convinced. The Beet robo looks good, the Stag is meh, combined is meh. But that super combo is just... ugh. Maybe the third wave will turn the clusterfuckiness of it around for me. But right now I don't see myself getting much from this line.

The original busters all get armored forms but Red Buster is the only one who gets a new vehicle. LT-06 Tategami Rai-Oh. I'm guessing that CB-01 will be destroyed. I'm hoping Nick will be Ok but idk since he's not the controls of LT-06.

It's still only 3 heads compared to Goseiger 15+ if you count Exotic and Wonder heads.

It's a shame they didn't use the rabbit backpack or the beetle feet to attach to the inner shins of great go-buster oh. I really don't like the unnatural looking lower legs for go-buster oh and it looks worse with great go-buster oh.

Is there a 12 piece in Samurai as well? I dread to think! I really adore the Wild force design and RPM is part animal isn't it. So it should have been a great series, then they stuck everything together which is probably why I like Wildforce, they could interchange, but never combine. Anyway, this is just shocking :P

Actually, the Shinken Oh is coming to America, but Im not sure how much it will cost. Im hoping under 100 but you never know. I should say wait for the Shinken oh next year. I like the Go-Buster Oh, but there are probably alot of websites that have it cheap, but I say, wait for the Shinken Oh next year.

hhmmm, wasn't there another series where we had real world objects turn into animals, AND the next two techs were both stag and Hercules beetles? AND a beetle plugged into the feet to form bigger feet? yea, i think people are starting to run out of ideas

this is like hurricanger/ninja storm i mean a big cat (lion/cheetah) a flying thing (hawk/bunny) and other (dolphin/gorilla) mashed up and a pair of beetles completely dismembered and attached to it but this looks better without the lion's head popping off every time

Actually, if anything, the jet looks like a real life army jet. Just like how the ninja storm zords were everyday giant things, like the jet turning into a bird. The jet-bug looks more real than the crane-bug.

all that went through my head was "Change Beetle" and "Change Stag" from Kabuto lol

reminds me of the ninja storm combinations

they had to get a design that transforms into a robot, combineds with the main and has a animal form obviously its not gonna work but hey it sorta works

I wanted to pick up all the sets for a nice " Cluster F-er" as you call it, but I'm still not sure as to which 1 should get i know either way I pick up all the sets to make one it's going to be expensive. So I have a list for you Baltmatrix to see which whould be the best one to collect to have, - Go Onger's G12 dx mech - Shinkenger's Samuraiha-Oh dx mech or - Go Buster's God Buster-Oh ( Great Go-Buster Oh) I greatly appreciate a response from you or anyone who see's this

Ultimately samurai ha oh is big because it has many zords but great gobuster oh is big cause the zords are big and all 5 zords to form the colossus is big in general

I take back what I said about GoBuster-Oh, Great GoBuster-Oh is the definition of "cluster fuck" or "Let's see how many peices we can fit on the megazord"

Finally someone says What I have been thinking about this set for a long time. The figures alone are nice but when the combine they just suck. Sentai was always about having a cool combine megazord forms and this one just sucks no matter what forms you have it in. I really think they drop the bomb with this set a lot. I have to say as well. This is an Omega size Cluster F'er. I dont think I have seen any other sentai that has looked this bad.

It's bizarre that you would find it odd that they made a beetle that turns into a crane, considering every super sentai mecha *_EVER_* turns from one thing into another, usually an animal to a machine. What makes this one any different than the hundreds of other animal-to-mech/vehicle zords?

you couldnt of done the arms like they do in the show gao gai gar style? you should of done that it would of made this review 10 times better and i would of loved ya for it
