We have BCS 740 with Kohler lombardini diesel engine, if you can provide maintanence procedure videos for replacement of oil and filters, wires will be help full for users , please.
Especially the design is not at all suitable for farming purpose: 1. Non-electric start: We have to use 2 people to pull the thread which is very high power. So if farmer is alone in the farm, he can't start his work. 2. The soil-dust in the farm or grass-dust in the farm brings the machine in non-working condition. This not acceptable. The tractors / power tillers are supposed to work in farm. They are not for display in the show-room. We clean the air-filter every 2-hrs but still the engine issue keeps popping up. 3. My yearly work using BCS 740 is hardly 100 hrs per year in my farm but repair/servicing cost per year is very high. I do not use it for commercial purpose, just in pour farm for grass-cutting/mulching using Blade runner. 4. BCS India never pays any incentives / bonus to the technicians so that the technicians happily do repair work for farmer. Off course, the farmer has to pay & is paying for repair but the incentive or the appreciation from BCS will definitely help to improve overall performance of BCS 740 power tiller. 5. The Blade Runner blades (Bent Knifes) in India are to imported which takes longer time. This is such a simple tool but BCS India is not able to manufacture this in India which could save the cost of import & lead-time of import. This shows the clear ignorance by BCS India team. BCS India claims that they can not manufacture blades of same quality in India. This is the strategy of BCS India to get rid of responsibility. 6. The PTO connection of BCS 740 is designed with dependency with only 2 nuts. This is so delicate that, this nuts are already broken 2 times & we have to take the power tiller to CNC machine workshop for removing the broken nut. Please understand that if your farm is in remote area, it is really difficult to get your power tiller to the CNC workshop more frequently.
BCS 740 power tiller with Kohler engine is not suitable for Indian farming. This is just suitable for lawn work or simple work. The servicing cost of this power tiller is very high. The technicians are not available, the parts are not available in time. The farmer has to wait a lot for getting the machine in good condition once it goes to faulty state. I am suffering with this BCS 740 for last 5 years. बीसीएस 740 पावर टिलर (कोहलर इंजन वाला) यह भारतीय खेती के लिए बिलकुल उपयुक्त नहीं है। यह केवल लॉन का काम जैसा सिंपल - साधारण कार्य के लिए उपयुक्त है। इस पावर टिलर की सर्विसिंग बहुत महंगी है। टेक्निशियन उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, पार्ट्स समय पर उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। मशीन खराब होने पर किसान को मशीन अच्छी स्थिति में लाने ने के लिए काफी इंतजार करना पड़ता है। मै इस बीसीएस 740 पावर टिलर को पांच बरस से तकलीफ सह रहा है |
The over all after sales service from BCS and his dealer network is very poor and hopeless. After purchasing the BCS 740 machine for my farm I am feeling cheated, and west of my money nothing ealse.
