In my opinion,woosa still playable or good,both in arena and field pvp,but i agree she no much broken like before,but now really2 hard to chase enemy,even before woosa have so so in term chasing enemy,after PA nerf the bamboo distance,it make it worse,damage still good,and still tanky,what i dont get it is,why buff titan again,nowdays titan really2 stewpied lol,that class already strong,and after buff,now become pain in the ass.
It is difficult to combo her with stormfall around coz of knockdown effect. Even if she is knockdown and she cast stormfall then goodluck doing combo on her without immunity
What this class can do in Arena cannot do in Field PVP. After the Nerf, she cannot chase; she is too slow to catch someone or cannot run away; the best playstyle of field is done in groups and defense play. Become the helper rather than the charge play.
