If you mean when using 2 blackstars to make the new weapon, the answer is no. But they have to both be the same type. Meaning if you want the main hand, you need 2 main hand blackstar weapons, if you want the awakened version you need 2 awakened blackstars. Neither need to be from the class you want the new weapon on.
Context for non-BDO players: This is the best weapon in the game, currently not on western servers. Those blue balls are cron stones, the resource pretty much necessary for enhancing that. They are the overwhelming majority of the weapon's cost. You can buy them for riddiculous amount of in game currency, or riddiculous amount of "real" money. This is PA's plan the next year, have players running in circles or swiping and gambling for pretty much pointless upgrade. Why am I saying that? Because if you try the game you'll meet a lot of fanboys defending that and saying the game is not p2w.
It's not pointless we dehika lvl 2 mode comming that will require 750gs then u have new dehika spots plus prob next ball will be show case the winter tower 100 floors. What's the difference between going in circles pack to pack then a circle in a dungeon other mmos.. that are time gated 😅. All you got do is play the game pvp will most likely get alot more updates 1 thing pa dose well is update the game frequently.
If u can truly p2w the game at this stage youre probably an oil prince, but yes, it's still a p2w. And also if you reached that point in the game you probably have already been doing the same thing for debos since they came out lol.
