Use Life Spirit Stones + Seafood Cron Meals + Life Perfumes + Life EXP Book. You can also ask your guild to pop a Life EXP buff, on top of having good Life Skill gear to get higher mastery points. For starting out some people use gathering clothes for more exp, and also having a Hedgehog is amazing. Having high energy is worth it to gather for longer periods and collecting all the energy Pots from your alts. Remember to trade for the 50's only though since the ratio is better.
good guide just a note for all the newer players u can get 150mil per hour but that means u need to invest a lot of money for gathering gear 1450 mastery is a lot and not easy to get to that point
In a 1 hour test at 700 mastery I was still getting really decent results, but yes the extra mastery makes a big diff. 1700+ you can expect to see 200m+ before taxes
nice showcase of some simple spots. the gray fox and gray wolf spots in the starter area are particularity good, because during prime time on crowded servers (and almost all the time on olvia servers) you get masses of new players helping you out killing those for you. So you just go to the biggest pile of corpses and spam R, its quite the experience and is faster gathering than sheep mountain. I made a video on that to show new players how they can make like 30 million with a dull butcher knife in their first hour if you want to see the mayhem in action.
remember that those first foxes are quest mobs for freshly made characters. Don't be going all "Spot taken" on a level 1. It's so annoying. They don't need that many anyway
You don't share your gear details or your skill level, mastery numbers, pets or food your ate to prep.. and claim 150 mil/h as if it just killing wolves is enough. Next time instead of showing killing same wolves repeatedly, share these info first.
he is Guru in gathering and Cooking. Reckon he has a PEN Manos butcher knife and some TET Manos gear. He said he has 1410 Mastery at gathering. You don't really need much more info than that.

I'm trying not to include numbers in future videos to avoid comments like this. In reality my main purpose for this video was to show off rotations, rather than how much you can make due to a large amount of variables. Just trying to include some examples for people at the mastery I was at during recording. If you really want to know however, I'm actually making 300m/h+ now that I'm at 1800 mastery. Energy expenditure per hour is what makes or breaks people, and I burn 700-800 per hour at these locations. PEN Gathers TET Tool G25 Gathering, G50 cooking (1350 mastery) 4/6 TET Accessories Khans Heart activated, but feel free to use a life spirit stone, it's only 2% less gathering drop rate per hour for only 800k. Buffs: Seafood Cron is the only requirement, but I also pop verdures due to the low cost in comparison to overall profits, with villa buff in conjunction. with the current life event gear I get 2~8 in the sheep/goat mountain, with a final mastery of 680, since you said 1~4 meat yield, Im wondering what affects it
I get up to 12 with a hedgehog pet with low mastery. I'm somewhere in the 300's for mastery I think. It's low because I just started playing again after about a 2 year break
pull cc is bugged on consoles does not work at all. only on sheep for some reason. the cc is called pull, not taunt it ragdolls the mobs to you, does not force them to attack. taunts force aggro on the person useing it away from something/someone else. big distinction since any hit at all on a passive mob will make them target you if they weren't to begin with. except sheep they are strange mob in the game
call abilitys what they are, just confuses people when random jargen/slang is used like taunt/vaccume ect. ect. i have had many veteran players tell me Go away, shai ability is a grapple when it clearly says floating on it, for this reason. my friend was like go away is the shai grab, when she does not have a grapple
You do loot a lot of the same materials from hunting, but the skills are calculated separately. If you kill and butcher, you use your gathering mastery. If you hunt using a matchlock and loot, you use your hunting mastery.
Hi Airstylez! Great informative video about the different gathering spots. Is there a comparison table of your loots between the different gathering spots since you said there was a lower energy/meat ratio at lynch ranch?
Based on your experience which spot gave you more meat quantity, I have 1.1k mastery for butchering and get 3k meat per 230 energy but when I did the lambs spot; it gave me 2.7k meat per 230 energy. Im using the meat for cooking. Is that normal
Yes, that's normal. Sheep give 1-4 meat per gather, or average 2.5. All other red meats are 2-4, or average 3. 2.7k is a little above average when compared to your 3k elsewhere. That being said, what lamb meat lacks in energy efficiency, it does make up for in speed. Generally speaking, you will get fewer meat per energy, but will have a comparable meat/hour to most of the popular zones.
I got T2 hedgehog,artisan 5 gather,full tri loggia gear+buffs and only pulling under 30 mil~ ,while im doing lumbering i can atleast make 80-90mil/h idk whats so wrong about the loot but lumbering is better for me
First, play through the main quest. If you see an NPC with a yellow exclamation mark, interact with them. Once you finish the storyline, go back and fill in the knowledge gaps. The beginner way is to focus on each branch of the tree at a time, regardless of where the knowledge comes from. If you already know about most of the knowledge it's more efficient to go by zone, but if you aren't familiar you're likely to waste a bunch of time trying to figure out what goes where along the way and end up being slower AND sloppier. Simply put, if you want to increase your energy, gain knowledge. How to do it faster? Focus on it rather than allowing the game to dictate when/where you learn.

With the ability to click on mobs further away you target the next mob to butcher while you're finishing butchering the current wolf. When the next one is selected by rightclicking the box under the wolf just spam R to pickup and proceed butchering the next hightlighted wolf. As you do you repeat (select a new mob and spam r when it finishes ^^)
The only thing that makes Musa better is how much mobility and AoEs (Post-awakening) they have. Moving and nuking packs is particularly easy with a Musa
im doing some wolf in heidel area .... which in my 126 energy i could gather 500 wolf meat .... then relax for a moment ... thats the number of meat i can gather ... in 30minutes .... so annoying in energy hahaha yet fun
@@miragothoed 421 energy, higher mastery means energy sometimes is not used, he probably drinks potions to replenish energy, although with kama buff energy recovery is fast, or he is using another char to gather
@@chupeee At this point, master 1 and up has the same amount of chance to not use energy on gathering. The main technique at this point for energy is spam pots every 10 min, villa buff and kama blessing. When you're out of energy, do something else, but keep those going, and you'll be back in no time :D.
For the sake of min-maxing, absolutely. It's not as powerful as it was before mastery, but it gives that extra little bit to income per hour. I'd still invest in a t4 hog if I was just starting personally.
When I'm doing meat, usually just seafood Cron/villa buff/Khan's heart, and the usual lifebook/old moon/kama/vp. Sometimes I through a verdure in there as well. Xp is pretty low compared to Behr so I save some money by not using swiftness.
When you show locations on the map, it might help if you hover over some of the nearby landmarks (nodes, towns, gateways, etc) so people who haven't memorized the entire map know which part of it you're showing.
With meat prices in NA being so high, not a terribly large amount of mastery. Energywise though I would suggest at least 300 to start making a good length gathering session.
@@danielorosco78 If you are committed to gathering, get the best you can buy. Tet blue is better than tri manos, and is cheaper, but tet manos is awesome.
Lmao actually first time I go there. A guy is going around the area gathering. Doesnt bother me, but it certainly bothered him extremely much that I was somewhere close for a second. He starts stalking me and gathering everything I try to. Then he just keeps following me doing that for a while. Until he finally goes abit away to some other packs. (He was crying in the chat the whole time) Then he just straight up kills me (not a duel) and runs as fast I have ever seen anyone run, to a safe zone. He have not returned yet lmao. Funniest shit I have experienced so far.
This is only true with the P2W tier 4 hedgehog pet, which newer players probably won't have. While this guy gets 10-14 meat units per mob, you'll probably get 3-8 at the very most (even with a manos butcher knife, and manos accessories, and gathering outfit etc). It's not something you can do without that specific pet.

im artisan 9 shai gatherer i have no life skill gear other than +3 gathering cloths how much i can make p/h ? what do u think and i have hunting mater 2 do u think gathering deer meat by hunting is more profitable than just gathering like you did?
Hunting only starts becoming really profitable after the 901 mastery point, due to the supreme hides. The meat isn't a large quantity and the blood on NA sells for next to nothing, so butchering is the better way all in all. I couldn't tell you silver per hour, but with a magic butcher knife and meat prices being high, you should fare well. Worth a test at least.
I cook it personally, but if it's not your jam then it's perfectly fine to just sell. You can always just cook it into red sauce if you want some easy CP or squeeze a bit more silver out of it.
Why aren't you answering the question about how you are butchring from so far from the target? Are you using some kind of program to manipulate the game?
You need to enable click to move in the option so you can press ctrl to bring the mouse, once you have the mouse you move it to the mob and right click then press R to remotely gather from a certain distance.
These rotations are nice but also very clickbait. Just showing Wolves, Elk, and Sheep is like saying the wheel is round. Seeing the level of gathering stats at the end... the stats needed to achieve numbers anywhere close to this will take billions of silver of gear in the first place.
Spend 10 hours doing wolfs on 10 different Shais getting them from lvl 1-23 with only DUO Logia acessories and Magic Butcher Knives. I'm BARELY at 40mil/hour, including Concentraded Magic Black Stone. How the fuck can you claim to make 150mil/hour. That's just straight up a lie.
This isn't truly answerable, but I'll take a stab at it. Basically, you have to make that choice for yourself. If you're going for profit, I recommend checking out BDODAE for a simple plug-in and payoff calculator. If you're going for imperial boxes, make what you need because (at least right now) none of the red meat recipes fill with consistency on the Marketplace, although I highly recommend you place the orders and have a nice surprise every once in a while. If you are going for xp, check out Incendar for a list of xp for each recipe. The meals are among the highest xp/recipe and if you make what goes into them you will save yourself a lot of hassle/silver long term. Bonus, you get to double or even triple up on the xp per meat by creating a chain of recipes.

Aim for Tri or Tet Loggia Accessories to start. Use Magic tools until you can get 650+ mastery without them. Tri Manos Gatherers is under 1.5B currently, so go for that. If you have 50 CP available, you can rent a tool with 200 mastery at Northern Wheat Farm until you can afford a Tri or Tet Manos. Once you get tri/Tet of all the ones you need, aim to up grade your accessories to Duo or Tri Manos as you can afford. From there, just upgrade as you can afford, but the clothes will be your best overall gain for gathering.
@@xaldath4265 I’m currently at 723 mastery I believe with a duo manos hoe. I had no idea about the renting tools option. I might rent a butcher knife and use that for Wolfs. I’ve been using the hoe at Behr for leveling up my gathering which is currently art 6
