I didn't clear as efficiently and fast as I used to since I only did a few rotations for this video, this is just to show the basic rotation and which packs to kill.

The 3 monsters that can drop the Markthanan's Gland (bdocodex.com/us/item/40769/) to craft the potion are the "Grove Keeper", the "Leaf Keeper" and the "Vine Keeper".
Every monster in the zone can drop the pity pieces, and Afuaru can drop both the piece and the pity.
