Yeah so that was a fucking lie =) Evasion never stopped being super good, and with the new Sov weapons and artifacts, evasion is absolutely cracked in pvp builds. The reason we all thought it was DR all the way, is because the Miss Indicator is bugged (PA said its working as intended, but its fucking bugged i dont care what they say). Basically, the game will not show the Miss if you get a special attack modifer like Crit, Downattack etc, which should be most if not all your attacks. So people just thought they werent missing, and then thought that Evasion was dead, but it wasnt and isnt.

I run 6 pen accuracy still misses classic eva builds

@@BiceptimusPrime I don't think it's bugged. They stated it very clearly that evasion still does reduce damage in relation to the amount of accuracy a player has, with a minimum of 30% even if it DOES miss. You're fundamentally misunderstanding the changes to the mechanics. They aren't missing, they're facing eva-based damage reduction. That's why when you stack more accuracy your damage immediately goes up vs. the target.

All the buffs on the passive are for you and your allies! That includes the E-Buff. So the 5% Special Att Dmg, 10% DR Rate, 10% Ignore Resist, +Max HP and the Heal are for you and your allies (i assume up to 10). Its going to be quite an insane Support Class!

@@utetennisfan5458 nahh bdo is a hamster wheel, grind in a circle for hours days and months till you got enough silver to upgrade to higher tier item just to grind on another faster, rinse and repeat. cool content. this is the same as watching paint dries on a wall. literally insanity.
