I used to hunt for games at garage sales but it’s gotten so cut throat with resellers that unless you are waiting in your car at 6am to knock on their door you aren’t going to have much luck.

Agreed 100 percent with you . I saw a local reseller posting all the Walmart clearance games on Facebook marketplace at higher prices with multiple copies of each. He didn’t leave anything for others obviously … also, this seller has a low rating so that’s something to take into account lol

I know what you mean about resellers buying up everything and then selling them for more. But it’s not only regular people doing that, you have people like retro Rick who owns a retro gaming store that goes to stores like Walmart or GameStop and buy everything they can to sell for more at there store. I don’t resell either, I only buy the one copy I need so I can play the game.

I remember one time i went to goodwill and this guy was grabbing ALL the games, went to a corner and started checking on ebay. Left the sports games behind and took the rest

I saw this on Mr. Wright Way and Retro Ricks channel, so I went to 2 Walmarts yesterday… and there was only 2 $5 games left.. I did get the Quarry, but it was really disappointing with how picked over it was. The clerk said someone bought most of them over the weekend… of course they did lol

I've tried to do the trade thing with people online and it's always some reseller trying to get over on a deal. Maybe it's just my area but I don't see the appeal.

That bowling nintendo switch is a code in box. It really sucks that companies are doing this. Plus resellers really suck also because i feel like they are causing games to go up in price for people who really want them to play them and to collect them. But i know why they resell games but it still sucks. I enjoy watching you. You really seem like a very good person and full of engery 😊.
