The title sounds like it's straight out of a Pinterest motivational board, but sometimes it's good to remind ourselves of those things through art, you know?
Lately, I've been pretty hard on myself. I've been pushing myself so hard to achieve some things that I didn't end up achieving, and I lost myself in the one thing I've always enjoyed, which is editing and cinema.
'Be kind to yourself' reflects all those moments when I let myself down. This video kinda shows the mix of anxiety and everything I've been going through lately.
